I gave half a review cuz half the time you are out of nacho fries.. half the time I get an attitude.. half the time they dont give me sauce.. and one time a manager was yelling at the employee at the window to stop serving ppl at the window and help the walk-ins… instead of helping the walk ins herself… she was very very very unprofessional hollering at your staff out the window. I felt so bad for that poor girl who is always very sweet even when im mad about the nacho fries. I go here 4 to 5 times a week because I work a lot. I have learned that it depends on whose working as to how good my service and foods gonna be. Which isnt consistent what so ever. So thought I’d bring that to your attention. The manager yelling at the employee in front of me makes me wanna not go back but its convenient.

STORE:
Current lobby layout hides employees 15 feet behind a tile wall. Bathrooms are locked and it takes forever to get in them as employees have to find the keys to the door. Trash strewn across parking lot is ignored by employees coming to work.
STAFF:
Seem annoyed by customers. Last ‘Bell visit they were out of nuggets. Couldn’t get a refund because it was a kiosk order?. With the employees hidden in back of store you have to lean around the corner and yell to get attention. “Hello? Do you have chicken nuggets?” “Umm sir, you are not allowed back here” Maybe if the staff wasn’t hidden in the back of the store we wouldn’t need to go that way to get service.
FOOD (/STAFF cause they make it):
Ordered Beefy potato griller with no chipotle sauce – Got chicken and beef potato griller WITH chipotle sauce.
Ordered nuggets and specified dipping sauces – Got nuggets with wrong sauces.
This may go without saying, but I’m pretty sure this food gave me the squirts too. Other places deserve your money, not this one.

Im visiting the city for a work project. I arrived kind of late sunday night. Looked up the closest restaurants on Google and realize ok cool there’s something open right across the street and their open late based on the hours shown in Google maps. I get to the drive thru and the lady on the speaker simply says we’re no longer taking orders unless its a mobile order. Im like ok….??? So I ask, “If I put in a mobile order can I come in and pick it up?” she pauses then says, “yeah”. I sit for about 30 seconds and ask myself, “then why cant you just take my order?”. So I just decide im not going to go back and forth let me just pull over and see what else is open. As im looking I can see in the window and there’s a guy walking around bopping, looks like he’s listening to music not really doing anything, and I just shake my head thinking to myself, “yeah I cant just give my money to establishments like this. So I simply went and waited in the long cookout line, which actually got me checked out and food handed to me in 5 mins, which initially I didn’t go there cause I was scared it would take forever based on the line.

I usually post good reviews, but EVERY STAFF MEMBER INCLUDING THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED and/or FIRED. First off NO ONE was at the counter. You got every last team member laughing it up in the back. While you have customers trying to get someone’s attention to pay. Also to get the key for the bathroom you come out after 15 minutes say yes walk back there and then come back out again just to look at me and walk away. Yay you like each other and can have fun at work, but you should be able to prioritize. My husband sat there hollering for some help at the front saying “hello?! Can we pay at least?” My food wasn’t right. You didn’t give me a fork when I only ordered food to be eaten WITH a fork. I hope every last one of you gets reprimanded. I will be contacting the head. I will continue to go up the ladder until I see a difference in how you treat your customers. Why would you say yes to giving me the key come out a second later look me in the eye and then go in the back AGAIN for another 10/15 minutes. I’m livid. If you don’t want to work. GO HOME.

System is “Akin up” so they only do mobile orders or doordash, this is after you pull into the drive thru, and watch the car in front of you order. It definitely isn’t the first time ive been met with hostility at this location. It only seems to be at night when this happens. During the day its usually not this bad. Oh, and that was one of the managers might I add. Ridiculous service.

I went through the drive trough at about 6:06PM on 11/8/25 and they told me to pull around to the mobile order spots. They said they would bring my order to me, 35 minutes passed and I went inside where it took another 10 minutes for someone to greet me.
I WAITED 48 minutes for my food!!! The first time my food was brought to me it was the wrong order. Then 5 minutes later they brought me another bag that had the correct receipt on the bag. So I left, then I get home and it was once again the WRONG ORDER!!
I called the location the “manager” answered and I told him how terrible of an experience it was. All he could say was for me to calm down its just “food” and to bring the food back and they’d fix it. He wanted me to drive back to the location 30 minutes just to give me my correct order that they probably would have messed up a third time.
Then I told him I wanted a refund he said I had to do that in person and I asked him what his name was and he then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times and no one would answer. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever received at any RESTAURANT! I’LL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ON MONDAY!!!

If I’m bothering to write a review, you know the place has to have really gotten under my skin repeatedly as I’ve written maybe 3 reviews in my life and all were because I HAD to tell people not to go there. Every. Single. Time. I come here, the staff do the classic tactic of doing anything and everything to make it look like they’re too busy to just ask if you’re waiting on a mobile order, even if you’re literally right up against the counter waiting; the timing is always very convenient and it’s also very obvious to the customers when they’re doing that. The only reason I’ve come here again is because it’s the only close Taco Bell but I think I’ve finally had it. I would rather have to drive 20 minutes to the next Taco Bell than come here again and risk having to wait for a mobile order I placed an HOUR ago and I’m pretty sure they hadn’t even started making it until the second time I had to tell them my name.
Absolutely ridiculous, this place needs a change. Bad. Don’t come here, you won’t even have an appetite by the time you’ve left.

Placed an online order tonight. Had to wait when I went in to get it for a while. Someone finally came up and asked myself and the other person waiting who we were picking up for. She got our bag and told me that they were out of chalupas but gave us 2 soft tacos as a replacement. I had to ask for the drink cups, she gave me one medium cup. I told her we had 2 drinks with the combos purchased. She rolled her eyes and got another cup, a medium one. Told her it should be a large, she said they were out of large and reluctantly handed me another medium. I knew I should have checked the bag before we left, but stupid me didn’t. Shouldn’t even be a thought to have to do that as it’s basically just reading a screen, make items as they appear on the screen, put made items into bag. Not rocket science, just basic reading!! Get home and, you guessed it, missing items. Missing the 2 soft tacos to replace the Chalupa (also paid 30¢ for black beans), another soft taco for the combo & the cinnamon twist. The only thing received in a $9.99 deluxe luxe box was the chicken dipping burritos and those were almost burnt. Paid $8.69 for a medium drink (should have been a large) and 2 soft tacos (combo comes with 3) that had hardly any meat in them. Noticed this location has 3.1 stars and I’m surprised it’s that high. Tonight reminded why we stopped going there. Made a bad choice tonight because we were hungry and Taco Bell sounded good. We were wrong!! Do better!!

This is the worst Taco Bell in the history of mankind. Don’t EVER come here. I came up to the drive through and ordered a burrito, there was almost no one in the drive through line. When I went to the window to get my food, they told me to pull around into the parking lot. When I pulled around, my jaw dropped to the floor to see 25 cars sitting with their lights on waiting for food. I went in the restaurant to ask what was going on and there were no employees to speak to, everyone was in the back just chatting it up and laughing. I want a refund and to leave, but there is no one available to speak to. Now we’re late for the movie we’re going to. About to have to just leave and chalk up the $10 loss. Scammers
