The staff were nice but they didn’t ask if I wanted spicy or regular. I’m so used to other Popeyes asking that I didn’t even think about it. I had 2 thighs as they were out of legs. I ate into one of the thighs and realized it wasn’t spicy. I took it back to the counter and told them that I wanted spicy. She took the thigh, that I had not eaten but was sitting on the one that I had eaten, and placed it back with the other chicken. I feel sorry for the person that gets that chicken as I have a bad cold.
The biscuit was a bit hard, not fresh like at other Popeyes. I guess they just have poor management at this one. We will NEVER go back to this one.

Popeyes to me is one of my favorite fried chicken joints here in Midland. They not only offer chicken for one of the top things I recommend you order is the popcorn shrimp 10/10. They offer spicy and regular chicken. I prefer the spicy, although it is not on the high bar level of spicy it gives the chicken a good seasoned flavor. The interior is your basic chain food layout, sections of booths & tables. Usually the workers are nice and respectful and will right a wrong without hesitation. Drive through and dine in is generally quick. Sometimes they forget an item when I go through the drive through although I don’t check until I get to my destination. (Either way I shouldn’t have to check if my order is complete). All in all I highly recommend Popeyes as a go to spot. Recap- great food/great customer service/fast service/great parking and dining space.

This is was the worst Popeyes ever. First, let me say this was ordered through Grubhub (probably my first mistake). The driver was almost 2 hours late. None of the wings had any sauce on them. It looked like someone had taken the bag and shook it. See pics

My order took an hour and a half! Crazy long ppl got there order way before me times 5. Sad I’m still waiting. While ppl get their order. I even ordered from my phone, from the pilot next door. Walked over still not ready sad. Some lady even came in and sold the crew herbal life drinks while I watched and waited. Update 1hr 25 mins for my order from my mobile app!

Last night I ordered a 10 piece tender meal with 2 large sides, and biscuits. When I pulled up to the window I was informed that they were out of coleslaw so I chose green beans as an alternative. I get home and find out they gave me a box of mixed chicken, one large side and one small side.
Why ask me what I want if your just going to give me whatever and charge me for it? My receipt doesn’t even say chicken tenders???? So the person at drive-thru took my order wrong to begin with!! Lousy service!

Chicken was raw. The manager handled it like he Should have. He was extremely professional. But, his employee having a lack of training and a there was no QC is not acceptable. I will never go back.
