My wife asked me if I wanted anything from the menu. From the prices and spread I decided to just cook at home. She brought home some fish and spaghetti. The fish was OK, Golden brown and crispy, but it felt like it wasn’t from a fresh whole fish that was never frozen and instead from the bag which is typical. The spaghetti was extremely sweet and uniquely sweet. It had a syrup like sweetness. I believe she just grabbed something at a good price. The girls met up for brunch here and they stayed for a while, I’m assuming they had a great time. I’d be interested to go in and check for myself as I may have a different take and be able to elaborate more. Check this place out!

The food just wasn’t worth the menu price. If I pay 45 for a whole fried red snapper I expect a fish with some lbs on it not one looking like it was on a restricted diet see pic. It was cooked too long for the small size rendering it dry and lack luster in flavor. The chef here obviously has a love affair with lemon, butter, and sugar which might make one think seasonings would be scrumptious but a true foodie knows…without a balance this leaves food tasting too sweet, too sour, and too rich…and over all giving it one note. I didn’t even taste salt or pepper. That is my take on all I tasted…see the pics. The services was nice, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was upscale sports bar/ lounge. So if you wanna go some where pretty, to listen to hip hop, take pics, and sit around and look at other people… this might be the spot…but please save your coins and eat before you come. The happy hour is from noon to midnight and is reasonably priced for the area.

Sea & Salt in Atlanta was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt elevated yet welcoming — the perfect spot for a beautiful brunch.

We ordered the steak and eggs, lamb chops, wings, Salmon and French toast — and every single dish delivered.

Everything was beautifully presented and tasted fresh. The service was attentive and professional, which made the entire experience even better.

If you’re in Atlanta and want a spot that gets both flavor and vibe right, Sea & Salt is a must. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time visiting Sea Salt, and I went with a group of friends—one of whom had been before. Right away, I’d recommend going during happy hour if you can. The appetizers are good, but a bit on the pricey side, so getting them half off definitely makes it feel worth it. We ordered the shrimp toast (four pieces) and the calamari, and I honestly enjoyed both.

For my entrée, I went with the chilled Maine lobster roll, which comes tossed in a lemon mayo sauce. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised to get two rolls instead of one, which felt like a win. That said, if you’re expecting the lobster to be overflowing, you might want to lower your expectations a bit. They could’ve honestly combined the lobster into one roll and I would’ve been fine. The fries were good, though I couldn’t finish them all. One of my friends ordered the Rasta pasta but didn’t seem too impressed by it.

I didn’t have any drinks, but I did notice they had a margarita and lemon drops on their happy hour menu, which looked like solid options.

As far as the overall experience goes, the restaurant itself was clean and had a great atmosphere. There was a DJ playing really good music, which added to the vibe. The hostess was friendly, and since we arrived earlier in the day, we were seated right away. The only downside to coming during the day was that parking was a bit tricky since a lot of people were out—but that’s not really the restaurant’s fault.

The one area that could really use improvement was the service. Our waitress wasn’t friendly at all and was very short with us, often walking away abruptly, which left my friends and me a bit confused. On the other hand, the busser was excellent—he stayed on top of clearing tables and keeping everything clean so guests could enjoy their meals without plates piling up.

Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Sea Salt. My one negative is something that could absolutely be improved with the right conversations and training. I’d definitely go back to try more dishes, because everything I saw looked really good.

Customer Service
The food comes out quick, fresh, and hot. The services is PHENOMENAL! The host, servers, bar backs, everyone kept checking on me during my dine in experience. What I liked most that I don’t see many restaurants do, is that even if someone walks by that’s not my specific server …….once I tell them what I need they go and get it. Many restaurant’s servers would walk by and say “imma go get your server”. Not at this place, your request are not delayed. I recommend this place 10/10!
Oh I got the shrimp & grits & last time I got the Rasta pasta. Both were well seasoned & flavorful. ALSO, I’m often a solo diner. The staff did not make me feel solo. Love this place! Spacious parking also!

Hey guys, late post, but let’s get into the review. We decided to go to Sea Salt Seafood after the aquarium. As we entered, we noticed the inside area was quite beautiful. It’s beautiful, I love the decor and bar area. It’s hookah-friendly. I wish they had a variety of cup selections because I didn’t enjoy drinking my sweet tea out of a Collins glass. I’m not going to say anything about the water, but it did taste trifling. The calamari was really amazing; honestly, I should’ve ordered that for my meal as well. The menu is really interesting, I loved the different selections. I ordered the lobster roll and lobster mac and cheese. My cousin ordered the seafood platter. The lobster mac and cheese needed a bit more seasoning, salt or something. The juice from my cousin’s seafood boil did level up the flavor in the mac and cheese, though. The lobster roll was good, but the lobster inside the roll tasted like it was rushed while cooking, like it was microwaved. The bread had more seasoning on it than the actual lobster. For my cousin’s seafood platter, the crab itself tasted as if it was cooked in high heat and wasn’t cooked through properly. The shell was mushy and tore like paper, almost. The meat was stuck to the shell, and it was cold inside. Again, the sauce saved it. The potatoes were good, along with the sausage and shrimp. The bill came up to $142 because of the 20% gratuity and another fee I’m not familiar with. I genuinely feel that the waiter got over on us with the bill because we’re young, but we’re not tripping. Overall, we rate this place a 4/10. It’s good, but I feel that it could be better. With a better server.

I was very reluctant to dine here as I wasn’t aware it was a hookah bar and I was traveling with my family. However, the food, drinks and service were absolutely amazing! Ivy G was extremely attentive and was very focused on our needs. I would definitely recommend and return when back in the Atlanta area.

Love the atmosphere and the interior decor. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. Loved the hookah and the customer service was great! Free parking is always great! My server Kelly was amazing, she was very efficient and offered top tier customer service. The food is ok, not my favorite compared to the pricing. The cocktails taste like juice with a cute display. The DJ was a vibe. I would probably go back for hookah and vibes, but not necessarily the food and drinks.
