This ramen stop was buss down thotiana. The veggie potstickers were mid, but a good sized starter

The Nuna ramen was fantastic and they were very accommodating in switching pork/tofu.

Would recommend!

Nuna Ramen was excellent. We popped in toward the end of the night and were seated immediately. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with an extra egg—super yummy. The dish came out within minutes. Hot, abundant, and exactly what the doctor ordered.

Dinner for two was about $50 after tax and tip. I’d definitely go back.

Easy accessible location, and open late. I was sat right when I got there. Ordered the edamame and chicken Ramen. Tasty ingredients and great food all around. I liked a lot of their menu items. I want to come back again sometime soon to try other selections. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend other people in the future.

We visited Nuna Ramen on a busy Saturday and were seated right away. The lone host was kind and courteous, efficiently managing seating, orders, serving food, and cleaning tables for the entire restaurant. Despite her being the only one managing the floor, she handled everything with grace.

We ordered karaage chicken, sea salt edamame, charbroiled chicken, chicken ramen, and shoyu ramen. The food arrived reasonably quickly. The edamame and karaage chicken were delicious, with perfectly salted edamame and tender, juicy chicken.

The chicken ramen was good, with the egg and garlic oil (an add-on for an extra charge) adding a nice touch to the flavor. Both ramen dishes were enjoyable, though a few more add-ons could have enhanced the depth of flavor. The prices were reasonable, making it a good value for the quality of food.

However, parking in the area was a nightmare. The place is busy with lots of tourists and locals, making free street parking almost impossible on weekends. With some luck, you might find a spot in a paid parking lot.

**Pros:**
– Quick seating and courteous service despite being understaffed
– Delicious edamame and karaage chicken
– Reasonable prices

**Cons:**
– Parking is very difficult in the area, especially on weekends
– Ramen could benefit from additional add-ons for enhanced flavor depth

Overall, Nuna Ramen offers good food and service, but be prepared for parking challenges if you visit on a busy day.

Nuna Ramen in Seattle serves flavorful, well-balanced ramen with rich broth, great noodles, and tender pork. The cozy, modern atmosphere makes it a comfortable place to eat, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Portions are satisfying and prices are fair for the quality. Seating can feel a bit tight during peak hours, but overall it’s a reliable and enjoyable spot for good ramen.

This place is worth driving back to Fremont for. The ramen is excellent. Delicious broth. I ordered the chicken thighs for my son. He is a picky eater. He devoured them quickly.
Service was excellent. Friendly and fast.

Tried this place tonight. Was fantastic! We shared a salad that was absolutely delicious and next time will definitely get our own. Also had edamame that was maybe a tad too salty but still good. I had vegi ramen with soft tofu. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the poke bowl and sad it was great! Can not wait to go back. Also, super reasonably priced. What a gem of a spot!

The chicken karaage is very good – crispy and juicy. Everything else is ok. The ramen is thick to my taste and the tonkatsu tastes like smoked bacon. The pot stick taste like they could be from a bag of frozen ones.
We also had an incident when the waiter dropped two bowls of ramen on the floor… very surprising but hopefully that’s a one time incident
