We ordered the sourdough turkey bacon ranch this evening and got home and this was what we found. I understand Monday is burger night, but wow. Hamburger bun, no bacon, a smidgen of ranch and a lump of turkey. My daughter wishes she opted for the burger.

Speaker on drive thru is impossible for us to hear them clearly and vice versa. I asked very specifically for a #4 meal w/Dr Pepper, kids meal cheese, ketchup only, number 9 meal, Dr Pepper for all drinks. Didnt get the #9. We were beat from a hard day and just wanted to get our food and go. Realized on the way out of parking lot no number 9. Walked back in told them we didnt get the chicken tender meal. She said “I didnt put it on your ticket, do u want to order it now?” It was the last thing i wanted to do go back out to the car, get my purse, back in, pay wait for it to cook while the rest got cold. I just said forget it, i’ll just be hungry. I left. Didnt swear or raise my voice but honestly we cant be the only ones who end up without part of our food bc either they dont hear it all or just dont care. Not sure which it is. I just don’t love the careless attitude. She could not have cared less. Just flat, dead effect to her voice, not her problem. I worked minimum wage jobs when I was young but I took pride in doing a good job, taking ownership if a problem even if i didnt do it and made every effort to have customers leave feeling like their businrss was appreciated. I rarely see that these days. Just how it is most of the time these days from what I see.

I was so disappointed. I got a mushroom swiss burger. Hardly any mushrooms and the Swiss was so thin I could barley tell it was on there. I actually had to look for it.
I was really excited to try the onion bites.
So so disappointed
They were just onion rings cut into pieces. They tasted frozen. Definitely not hand breaded in my opinion.
My husband got the gourmet supreme meal.
The French fries were so skimpy. He said “I didn’t get the American meal deal, why would they not fill up the cup?”
All that to say I don’t recommend them.

Stopped through the drive through tonight not knowing that they were closing in a couple minutes and the lady on the intercom didn’t notify us that they were closing and began to take our order. We then go around to the window to pay for the food and they had a terrible attitude towards us and we still weren’t aware they were about to close. The manager Isiah then comes to the window and tells us that all the employees are pissed off because they were about to close. We apologized and told him we thought they closed at 11 but he made sure to let us know that they had a problem with it. The cook in the back then brings up the burger to the manager and is trying to hand the burger to us directly instead of putting it in the bag with the other food (which then made us feel like something was done to it since they were so upset we came last minute). Again we did not mean to come last minute but the attitude from the staff and manager was uncalled for. If they told us from the start they were about to close we would have been more than happy to go somewhere else. They should have been more professional and not make us feel like they had done something to the food.

The prices are amazing and the food is good. Inside looks like a 50’s diner, and they have so many different things on the walls.
The prices for the food are great, and the food itself is pretty filling. I really liked the Philly cheesesteak, and the sourdough bread is great. If you get one of the meals, you can get seasoned fries for free. They’ll also hold your ice cream for you if you want to eat your meal first and then get it.

Burger was really good, I will come back just because if that. I had the 1/3# garlic parmesan bacon burger. Fries were tasty and were fresh. I also had an Oreo shake which was one of the better ones I have had in a while. Dining area was clean. Only draw back was that the cashier was more interested in talking to the guy in front of me rather than take my order.

The bottom bun was drenched in grease that it was discolored to a grayish color. How appealing does the attached picture look? The fries tasted as if they were not cooked properly, too.
