Thank God we don’t eat our food on the way home. We sat with the kids at the table and blessed our food like we do. Thankfully they forgot my husband Shanda State to his drink, which forced him to take the top off to drink his sprite. When he did he found black and brown particles floating in his drink. We gasped! Then immediately I thanked the Lord for protecting my husband from an awful drink. Sonic needs to work on their service and cleanliness. Now we know and will check all drinks from now on from anywhere we go

First off two of the workers were smoking by stall 7 and we could smell it when we were ordering the food. Food was not good. Burger was soggy, old, and smashed up. Tasted like it came out the garbage. The fries were super greasy. They asked if we wanted sauce and then didnt include any. Lastly, The server also kept our change without asking. Not coming back to this location. March 22, 2025.

The unicorn drink was not what I expected. It wasn’t as sweet and the Boba was really plain didn’t pop like normal. Boba and I didn’t get a unicorn straw, but that was OK. The strawberry shortcake/was really sweet. My husband loved it a lot. I love sonic.

I love sonic and never had a bad experience at one. Until tonight. This place is 1 of the worst places I ate at. And being a hotshot driver for 4 years I ate at some pretty bad spots. Disappointed in this location.

Generally, not a bad place. A bit on the pricier side for fast food. Service is slow. We usually love their shakes.
Last night we ordered the new custard concrete shakes. My husband found a sizable amount of white powder in the bottom of his. I decided I had better check mine, as well. I had it too. The shakes were not blended who at all.
My hubby said to let it go, which I usually do, but this was completely unacceptable. I wanted my money back and to be sure they wake up and pay attention so they don’t do this to other guests.
I drove all the way back. An employee was outside. As I walked up holding my shakes, she asked me if there was a problem with them. I said, “Yes. They are full of white powder”. She said okay, took my tray and walked inside. I assumed she was letting management know. I waited…and waited…and waited until I was ready to syst banging on the glass. Finally, I was able to wave someone down. She comes out and asks if I am still waiting on my shakes. I tell her I do not want more, I wanted a refund.
Only then do I sees a manager. She comes outside and Al’s what the problem is. I tell her. She asks me do I have a receipt. The employee had taken it. She walks away.
When she returns, she informs me that she had refunded my two shakes.
Quite frankly, this has severely soured my opinion of this location.
I got my money back for two out of five shakes. Yes, only two were bad, but I had to drive back, wait ten plus minutes and my husband said his mouth was burning from this powder. Nor good enough.
I emailed the GM who said we can talk today and she would recreate our order of we give them another chance. Also the white powder was custard powder to thicken the shakes. Good to know. Still burned my husband’s mouth. I think I’m over them!
What did I give my children?! That’s what you get with fast food, I guess.

To be completely honest I only go there for the milkshakes normally. But they always show me the smile and I love having everything done in the privacy of my own car where I don’t have to deal with people when I’m having a PTSD episode my anxiety flares up for no reason. Sonic is definitely one of the best food ideas anybody has ever had in my opinion

I ordered food thru uber here.. i ordered a smash burger combo with a dr. Pepper and a med. Chocolate chunk brownie blast with peanut butter added… Imstead of my ice cream blast i got a drink that i have no clue what it is and the food is cold. $9 for an ice cream i never got and uber wont refund it!!

I very rarely have good experiences at this location. At one point about 6 months ago, I ordered my son a wacky pack and his burger had no patty on it. When I called, the manager said that was stupid. About a week ago, I ordered drinks and sat in the stall for 45 minutes. When I called, the manager asked me if I had checked in and then hung up on me. I had been checked in for 45 minutes. Last night, we pulled into a stall and a female worker yelled at us through the speaker to get out of the stall that it was drive thru only. This location needs a massive retraining on how to speak to customers, how to complete orders, and what it means to work with the public. As someone who has worked food service and food service management for over 10 years, the way this store is ran is unacceptable.
