Food decent here and the wraps were huge and well made. Loads of beans and meat in there and the staff were really cool tool. I waited till I got home to eat but were lovely.
The whole system is great I was surprised it wasn’t busier considering how delicious it was but nothing special in terms of a fancy and spectacular place.

This was a great joint for lunch, with the options presented on digital boards at the counter! Vegan chilli burrito with various sauces and toppings was tasty, although the sauce leaked somewhat from this despite the staff trying to secure. Seating is comfortable could do with more spacious area, burrito itself was wrapped well when served.

I am incredibly disappointed with my burrito order this evening. I spent over £18, expecting a hearty, flavorful meal, but what I received was nothing more than a bland wrap stuffed with rice and beans. The order was supposed to include chicken, guacamole, salsa verde, pico de gallo, Iceburg lettuce, jalapeños, and chipotle cheese sauce—none of which were present in the burrito! This is completely unacceptable for the price I paid.
It feels like no care or attention was given to my order, and it left me feeling ripped off and frustrated. I won’t be ordering again unless this issue is addressed. Thoroughly disappointed!

I just had the best experience at Tortilla, and it’s all thanks to Will. He made my naked burrito with such care and precision it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every bite. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, with a really friendly team and a welcoming vibe, but Will stood out by far. His attention to detail, speed, and genuinely positive attitude made the whole experience even better. If you’re ever at Tortilla, you’ll want Will making your order trust me.
