I ordered through the McDonald’s mobile app and was really impressed with how quickly my food was ready. The service was fast, and everything was fresh and hot when I picked it up. However, I did request no onions on my burger, and that part was overlooked. It’s a small mistake, but checking special requests would make the experience even better. Overall, a good visit with quick service — just needs a little more attention to detail.

Ordered 2 5 dollar meals (burger nugget fry) then a double cheeseburger with a one dollar add on. When I got to window no fries no drink. I told the manager I wanted 2 5 dollar meals and one buy 1 get one for a dollar. He acted like I didn’t understand so I ended up just caving bc the weather and buying 2 fries separately. So no drinks cost me 16 dollars what should of been 13 with more food and he was rude. I understand a teenager not having no how or even possibly manners but the manager was at least 50. Smh

“We ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget meal, and this isn’t the first time our order has been incomplete. They’re always missing something—if it’s not the drink or the fries, it’s something else. If you can get around the drive-thru cashiers that don’t seem to want to answer the speaker, and easily the worst building design for a McDonald’s anywhere in DFW, it’s actually not too bad. They get credit for at least getting the order right and the food being hot and fresh.

Fantastic staff especially drive through. However the order is more times wrong than correct and it gets more of a pattern. However the ice cream machine is working at this location more than it’s broken. So bummer and yeah at the same time. I tend to go to another location but this is my closest so I still hope they fix it. Love the drive through staff though. So nice.

We accidentally spilled a large coke in the play area, and they charged us for a replacement!! They didn’t clean it up until we were ready to go even though we informed them immediately. They do not have a refill station for drinks, and they charge 94 cents for water!! Very disappointing after spending $46.55 on our grandchildren. STAY AWAY!!!
