I’m not usually someone to leave a review, especially a negative one, but we had terrible service. Not only did the waiter mess up several parts of our order, but we waited for 50 minutes before our appetizer came. I ordered a side salad and other tables that came much later than us got served their side salads while I never got mine. My husband had to have our drinks refilled at the bar. After 1hr and 10 minutes we finally got our food. Our bill was also incorrect.

Terrible service, I wanted to order a takeaway and nobody wanted to serve me. Place was empty, only a few people at the bar. The barmaid called a girl from the kitchen to take my order! :/

Visited BB Rooners for the first time since becoming gluten sensitive and was resigned to the fact that I would order a salad. I was beyond excited to see they offer a gluten free bun now as well as an updated regular menu. I ordered the black and bleu burger and as the waitress delivered our orders said the chef left off the onion straws due to the gluten (wow! because believe it or not a lot of places are unaware or don’t care) Oddly I can eat gluten if it’s deep fried and not a regular occurrence. So she brought the onion straws in a separate bowl. My burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was soft and didn’t fall apart like many gluten free buns do. My husband ordered the Quaker burger and he says it was good as well. Also noticed a plant-based burger on the menu.

Hit and miss. Each time I’ve come it’s a different experience and inconsistent. One time I came right on time for a to go order and they stated they were waiting on my hot chips. Ten minutes later I got my food and hot chips were cold? I haven’t been back since and not sure I’ll return. Can’t say I’d recommend.

Awesome!! Great helpings on our GET Out and Dine menu. We are seniors and it’s enough we have half to carry home for lunch the next day. The roast Angus beef is a generous helping, guaranteed to please.
