I enjoyed a nice meal at Chico’s Mexican Restaurant last night, then went across the street for some ice cream at braums. The ice cream was good, but I did notice one of the workers didn’t have on a hairnet or gloves and was holding the scooper with his hand touching the ice cream. It made me a little uncomfortable and I just hope the staff can be more careful and wear gloves in the future. I really like Braum’s, and I’d love to see better hygiene next time.

When ordering, the cashier never asked sizes of the sides. When I noticed the shakes were smalls, and noticed one was almost over flowing while the other was quiet a bit down, an associate asked what was wrong. I responded that it was just strange to see the shakes filled to different quantities and wasn’t covered with lids. She replied that one more than likely has more milk in it than the other and walked off. After sitting down, I noticed that the sandwiches were just thrown onto the tray, and were smashed. After opening mine, which was a #4, and was suppose to be served on a bun without the sesame seeds, which it came on the sesame bun, it was decently smashed, which came by surprise. There were only on tomato that was thrown onto the sand which, and avocado and dressings everywhere. Very disappointed.

Location makes it hard to access. Not great customer service or intelligence when handling money. Large fries I paid $4 for were only half full!! Horrible!

I am down in the Oklahoma area once or twice a year. I always load up with ice cream and malts. I’m the cooler with dry ice and back to Michigan. I always enjoy ordering 12-18 malts and watching the cashier’s face. They make them quick with teamwork and they make them good. Stillwater Braums five stars.

I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries and a small chocolate soft serve. The sandwich was so so, expected the chicken patty to be warmer, but it wasn’t. Tasted good cuz of the bacon, but the chicken wasn’t that tasty enough. Fries were on the soggy side. Chocolate soft serve was good as expected. Employees were friendly and courteous.

Very dirty. Every corner and restroom of this place is dirty. They don’t even clean the tables There were flies every where. It was very hard to eat with constant buzzing of flies. You can see flies in the picture. Food was ok. Some staffs are friendly some are rude.

Oslo, our pet pig had his annual vaccines & check up today at OSU. It’s a long day for us all, as we have to drive over an hour. So we decided to get our boy an ice cream cone at Braums. My husband said the restaurant was very clean & the service was amazing! We requested less ice cream in the cone & they didn’t hesitate. Normally, some places will try to convince you to get what they offer. I get that, but my pig will pack on the weight very quickly. So, my husband was relieved he didn’t have to explain why. “BRAUMS” Ice Cream is Oslo approved!
