I had a mobile order for a crispy chicken McGriddle, they gave me a chicken biscuit. I drove back to get the crispy chicken McGriddle and they gave me a regular chicken McGriddle which is almost $4 cheaper than the crispy chicken McGriddle. Very disappointed.

It’s not so much it’s a bad McDonald’s per se, but it’s a bit annoying when it’s advertised online as 24 hours, and they tell me they don’t start serving breakfast till about 5am (I got there at 4am since I start work super early).
If that is indeed the case, perhaps it should be made clearer that you operate at a certain time.

I was very disappointed by my experience this morning. The staff was very friendly but i ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits at 7am and on both sandwiches the biscuit was a rock. Literally was able to knock it against my cars dashboard and got a knocking sound.

The other day when we stopped by we were getting a free reward item, and someone we had issues with personally in the past was working there, they refused to serve us and just left the window of the drive thru.
Regardless of the personal issues this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Overall, this McDonald’s is ok for food. My kids enjoy stopping here occasionally after school events or practice with their friends. However, the ice cream cones are consistently terrible. The flavor itself is fine, but the cones are ridiculously small and often flop over to the side.
I’ve had to ask for remakes multiple times because I was shocked they would actually serve a cone in that condition. One time, the cone was barely an inch tall and leaning sideways—and when I questioned it, the employee’s response was simply, “I didn’t do it.”
It’s disappointing because something as simple as serving an ice cream cone correctly shouldn’t be this hard.

Waited 35 minutes store for a big Mac and 4 nuggets. The woman got mad when I asked after 35 minutes if she knew if there was a wait time. Ended up just leaving empty handed. Rude and a ripoff

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium fry. When I looked in my bag the container was only about 1/3 of the way full and the fries were freezing cold. I wish I caught this before I left. If just a few fries were missing I wouldn’t be concerned but this was a significant amount.
