To the lazy manager sitting in the corner taking orders while the rest of his crew runs the store, we both know the blast machine isn’t broken. its the exact same machine as the shakes, the shakes just take added half and half. Do better. Help your team. Do your jobs, lying about downed machines is the opposite.

Worst location ever I just moved out here and this is the 3rd time I have tried this location and it’s horrible. Received incorrect order all 3 times. And tonight we ordered blasts and they were completely hollow in the middle with only topping on top. I had to go back through drive thru and one of the employees just looked at me and completely ignored me I had to drive back to the speaker just to speak to someone. Lots of eye rolling came from the employees. They corrected my order just for it to be wrong again I was frustrated so I just left at that point. I won’t be returning to this location again. Waste of Money

Have had issues more often than not here but keep trying to give them a chance because I do like Sonic but this is the last straw. Receipt shows what I ordered. Box shows no onions, and burger pic shows what I got. Honestly looks like they put extra onions and the reason why I asked for no onions is I’m allergic to them. Makes this inedible. Stay away and go to the one closer to Publix if you’re going to go to a Sonic.

Ordered a blast. I have not had one in probably 10 yrs. The ice cream at Sonic is not what it use to be. I told them I wanted a medium size but they charged for a large and delivered a large. The person taking orders is in the wrong position there. She did not listen well even when I tried to help her understand.

When I received my drink from Addie it had no ice in the drink and there was soda on top of the cup and all long the sides. I asked her for napkins. While I was waiting on the napkins the cup ended up slipping out of my hands. I had politely informed her of what happened and asked if I could get another one, to which I received rolling eyes and being walked off from. I generally have a good experience with sonic. Recently, I’ve received regular Dr Pepper’s instead of diet Dr Pepper‘s with my order but now I know just to check before I leave. Slushy are awesome, my kids love them. They always have good specials. Overall satisfied.
