Checking most recent reviews, I decided to leave. How the hell do yall burn corn dogs and popcorn chicken?? Figured they would try to sell me soup in a cup instead of a shake. Pay your employees better or something. These kinds of problems has to be a due to GARBAGE LEADERSHIP. Wish I could give negative stars.
This location will never receive another penny of my hard-earned money. What I witnessed today was absolutely wrong and completely uncalled for.
A customer who had an earlier incident returned to address it. She was upset but calm enough to ask to speak with management. She was told to wait outside because the facility was “staff only,” and the employee said she would get a manager. The lady waited patiently outside as instructed.
While I was waiting for my order, another employee brought out my food, and the lady began recording. The employee asked, “Are you recording?” The lady replied, “Yes.” The employee then went back inside, came out again, and told her, “This is our final time asking you to leave — we’ve called the police.”
The customer explained that she simply wanted to speak with management and would wait for that opportunity. The employee told her she could call the complaint hotline, and the lady responded that she would do so after speaking with management.
As I walked to my car, another customer asked how I got my food. I told them the employees brought it out to me. That’s when the other customer informed me that the staff had announced over the speaker that they weren’t bringing food out because they “felt threatened.”
I was there the entire time — there was no threat. The woman was only asking to speak with management.
This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Completely unprofessional. That entire shift needs to be replaced.
BIG BEN SONIC will never get another dollar from me. I mean that!
