Friendly staff, but disappointing meal. Quite expensive for under seasoned and mostly frozen then fried/cooked food. The price would make more sense if it reflected fresher ingredients.

Fish sandwich has a ton of breading and the bun is way too big for it so it feels like eating a bread sandwich. Burger was alright, but again the bun was the issue as it started falling apart and the patty felt like it was previously frozen. Fries weren’t salted and a little soggy.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were visiting Redmond for 3 nights and we ended up coming here 4 times. The homemade chicken noodle soup was to die for! But most importantly their ice cream was so amazing. It is super creamy and has the perfect texture, and the sundaes were even better if you have a chance to dine in. It had an old school vibe, but was very well maintained. They also named their kids menu “For smaller appetites” which really excited me since I prefer to have smaller meals, but often can’t order off the kids menu. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, good food, and a cool 50s diner vibe. The prices were good for the portion size, and they get extra points for their delicious house made ranch. The staff was incredible friendly with us, even though we had a ton of questions and great with the other patrons. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

$25 for their best burger/fries combo is waaaaay overpriced. It was a decent burger but not nearly on the $25 level – more like $15. The additional special toppings on the burger were skimpy and not impressive. For $25 that burger should be a thicker patty and overloaded with bacon etc and be amazing. The bun was plain and fell apart. I got a to go order and wasn’t offered any condiments or a drink… maybe that’s extra? Service was quick and the staff was friendly. There’s better local options for less cost.

This family-run place is awesome! The staff is super nice and they really listen to what you want, like if you have allergies. Chatting with them was great. The food is delicious and tastes fresh, and the price is amazing for what you get! They’ve been around for ages for a reason!

It was a nice little Mom And Pop place with burgers , fish and chips, chicken strips and great milk shakes, the staff were pleasant and attentive. I would go back and I would suggest to a friend.

If you’re anywhere near Redmond, go to Snow Cap. Seriously.
I’m down here working a production detail and stopped in between responsibilities — and this burger completely blew me away. Fresh, crisp lettuce. Juicy tomato. Sharp onion. Melted pepper jack with just the right kick. And the burger itself? Perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy without being greasy. Every bite tasted intentional. Balanced. Clean. Absolutely mouthwatering.
It’s the kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite because you didn’t expect it to be that good.
But what really sealed it was the team behind the counter. Everyone working was genuinely kind, welcoming, and upbeat — not forced, not scripted. Just real hospitality. You can feel when a place takes pride in what they’re serving, and it shows here.
I live three and a half hours away, and I can honestly say I’ll be back.
Don’t overthink it. Just go.

We shared their big 1/2 lb burger. Cheese bacon and ham =very salty. Burger itself has very little flavor, fries are super skinny so easy to overcook. Fairly busy, staff is courteous and friendly and they visit each other well while still checking on you. Has a bit of a dive atmosphete so the workers up beat attutudes make up forit. Prices like everywhere i dont feel like youre getting your moneys worth. Not likely to visit again unless only want ice cream.

The food is solid drive in/ burger place fare. The fish and chips are always a big hit with our family but don’t sleep on the burgers, or the chicken. Shakes and ice cream made with Ebrehards products are tough to beat! Great food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices make Sno-Cap a no brainer.
