We were there about 7pm last evening ( Saturday Feb 21, 2026) and the Allison who waited on us ( drive through) was polite, helpful and smiled. My husband got the Frisco burger which he said was awesome! I got the grilled chicken snack wrap special ( 2 for $5). It was the best snack wrap, I have ever had and provided alot of chicken tenders. We were so glad that we chose Hardee’s drive thru!!
We returned today and ate in this time. I tried the $5 get 2 Chicken tender wraps which were awesome. I tried the ranch one today and one honey mustard chicken tender wrap and they were both super tasty!

I was so excited to get a steak biscuit and the platter for my Family and some extra gravy until I actually bit into it and had the worst experience in all my 52 years. The biscuit was halfway decent. The steak was absolutely disgusting. The fried egg was gross. The platter. The steak was un edible. The eggs tasted fake. The biscuit was halfway crunchy the tater tot’s were soggy and soft. The gravy was edible. I paid almost $20 for a disgusting breakfast. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice, but seemed like he had no help But two individuals that were stressed out. I guess I don’t know but I will say we got there about 7 AM and this should not have been like this it was very disappointing Very disgusted!!! management needs to be concerned about this place closing down.

My nephew and I stopped here for a quick lunch and this Deltona Hardee’s location is by far the cleanest and most efficient Hardee’s/Carl Jr location I’ve ever been to.
Everything from clean floors (not greasy feeling like most fast food places) and restrooms to fast friendly service and the food was hot and better than I expected.
The crew working behind the counter during lunch on Feb 12 26’ was a very solid and efficient team and exceeds the standard.

This is the third time they have messed up my order. I always order the same thing “super bacon biscuit” and they just give me a plain biscuit with 3 half strips of bacon. This is supposed to have fried eggs and cheese. It’s a shame because they have really good food, but they don’t care enough to get the order right.

Food is great here! Frisco Burger rocks! Chicken wraps are yummy. Chicken BLT is good, too, but Frisco Burger is my favorite. Dining area is clean and bathrooms are clean.

My wife and I visited the Hardee’s located at 400 Welcome Center Drive, Deltona for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We came in excited because we are longtime Hardee’s fans from Orlando, Florida, and expected a welcoming experience.
From the start, the service was extremely poor. The employee who took our order—who we were later told is the supervisor named Dom—was nonchalant, dismissive, and rude. He informed us that the store had no fries available,(2 p.m) only tater tots, and stated that if we wanted fries we would have to wait for the delivery truck to arrive. When I politely asked if there were any inconvenience accommodations due to this issue, his response was simply “no”, with no effort to be helpful or apologetic.
While explaining the pricing differences for the Number 2 combo (with and without a drink, small to extra large), he made a very rude and unnecessary comment saying “it’s your money” after I stated we would order two Number 2s, extra large. That statement alone showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
Communication was also very difficult. It was hard to clearly understand him due to his accent and speech issues, which made the interaction even more frustrating—especially since no patience or effort was shown on his end to ensure clear communication.
What makes this situation worse is that this individual is supposedly a supervisor. It’s extremely unfortunate that someone in a leadership role lacks basic customer service, interpersonal, and people skills. His attitude was rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.
This experience does not reflect the Hardee’s brand we know and enjoy. Management seriously needs to address the behavior and customer service standards at this location. We left disappointed and will think twice before returning.

Just happened to be passing by and decided to stop for some biscuits and gravy. This location is run properly. The food was excellent and prepared properly. The employees were doing what employees do. Their job. I was impressed. I’m a truck driver and visit a lot of fast food establishments. It’s great to finally find one that is working the way it should. I live locally and will certainly be back to see how they do with lunch/dinner. Thank you

Tried Hardee’s for the first time in my life today and I’m honestly shocked by how much I enjoyed it! Ordered some chicken tenders, some Nashville hot chicken tenders, and a double cheeseburger w/ bacon. The tenders are light years better than the “Big 3” burger chains, fairly good sized, super tender and juicy, and nicely breaded! The Nashville hot tenders were even better because they basically nailed the Nashville hot seasoning! I was just in Nashville last month enjoying the tenders at Hattie B’s, and I feel like the spice blend that Hardee’s uses is pretty similar, decent heat with just a hint of sweetness! I would rank both of the tenders I tried as on-par with Chik-fil-a, which is quite a compliment since chicken is all Chik-fil-a does, and Hardee’s barely even advertises that they have them! The burger was also pretty darn good for fast food. It was substantial in size (especially for how inexpensive it was), and it seems like they even use a potato bun, which was a nice touch! The bacon could be improved, but that’s a minor complaint regarding an overall tasty burger! There is no doubt in my mind that I will be ordering from Hardee’s more in the future!
