Placed a mobile order and came through the drive thru. Had to pull off to the side (which is perfectly fine), but we waited about 10 minutes for our food. When we got it we didn’t have a drink or honey mustard despite having paid extra for more sauce. Lady ran in and got the drink, still no sauce, came back with a singular honey mustard even though I paid $1.50 for 3 sauces. I know it’s not a ton of money or anything, but it certainly felt intentional. I shouldn’t be paying for something they WONT give me. I also couldn’t go inside to just ask for more because it was 10pm. Only the drive thru was open, so I had to depend on them to actually get things right and be polite about it. Neither happened. The woman aiding us seemed annoyed and aggressively panted at us as if to let us know she’s “really working.” Try working at the McDonald’s down the road in Granite, then you can pant a little. Overdramatic, guilt trippy employees that do NOT want to do their job.

I went by for breakfast and when I got to the speaker I heard someone say good morning and I said good morning in return. Apparently she couldn’t hear me so she said good morning a second time and again I returned the good morning. Then a third time she says good morning and all she hears is me saying I want a $3 breakfast special and then I hear with an attitude“Oh no good morning, yea we have $3 breakfast deal” so I say hey that’s a rude way to respond and she says “yea right?” So I say I don’t think I will be making any purchases at this location anymore and she responds with “ good “ so I pull up to the window next to car being served and she sees me but avoids opening the window or acknowledging me until she has the next order completed then drops her apron so I can’t see her name and tells me that I’m blocking her drive through and I need to move. I asked repeatedly for her name and she refused to give it to me, so I for her supervisors name and she refuses to give me that as well. Then she pulls her phone out and takes a photo of me and my car and threatens to call the police on me. I told her that she was rude, and that as the face of the company and in a customer service position has no right to speak to customers in that manner. She replies “ you didn’t say good morning “ so I told her that just because she couldn’t hear me doesn’t give her the right to speak to customers in that manner. Mind you I’m recording this whole interaction and if I’m not mistaken she is dressed in management uniform. Anyhow I won’t be returning to this location again. There are plenty of other places more than happy to have my business.

What happened??? The last couple times we’ve been missing items, but this time…. Ordered the Asiago ranch chicken club combo. Got home to the saddest piece of chicken I’ve seen in a long time. No cheese and no bacon… But they put pickles all over it with tomato and lettuce. Would have been way better off with the biggie bag. The food and service at this location has just gotten so sorry.

The tenders in both orders were over cooked, dry and hard. These were both kids meals being eaten by adults. If they had been given to kids, they would have been totally rejected. We ordered honey mustard with both and got none. The kids toy in one of the bags which would have been given to our grand kids was missing. Not sure I will make this mistake again.

We ordered the chili and I added a baked potato. Everything was delicious! The gentleman at the drive thru window was kind and friendly and gladly provided extra crackers as I had requested.

Stopped by here for lunch today. Service was good, employees were nice. It looked very clean. We had a good experience. Bathrooms smelled funny.

I went to this location and ordered a $50 order. In my order I ordered a 10 pc. spicy garlic parmesean saucy nuggets. When I got home with my order I only got a 6 pc. ghost pepper saucy nugget instead. I then called this location and told them what happened with my order and was told that I would be replaced my 10 pc. spicy garlic parmesean saucy nuggets. Once I got back to the location and said my name and again repeated that I had the order that did not receive the saucy nuggets correctly. The manager then came over the speaker and said that she was told by her employees that they gave us the correct nuggets and was only going to give me a 6 pc. spicy garlic parmesean nuggets and also offered a free chocolate frosty instead of giving me the 10 pc. I wanted and was told was going to be replaced. In the picture below is the nuggets I got the 1st time I got home. The second photo is the leftover sauce from the 2nd 6 pc. nuggets we got that were the correct nuggets. I do believe those sauces and nuggets were completely different. This situation could have been handled differently. I hate that I was assumed to be a liar and a cheat.
