This water spot was in the dining area for over a half an hour, and it was not cleaned up or was there a wet floor sign, lobby was dirty, and an employee walked by the wet spot several times.
The service dog that we took is a registered service dog to my girlfriend and our 7 year old granddaughter , the child attempted to take the dog to play and even though the dog is registered to the child the dog was turned away in the play area.

Been coming to this location for years and I’ve tried the others in town as a big McDonalds guy. This is the best one by far; Roscoe, the manager, runs a great ship and everytime I see him on site I know the service is going to be great! You’ll know it’s him when you see an older gent that’s smiling and usually on the floor calling orders while hand delivering food to customers at tables. Adds a great touch of personality that you will not see at any other fast-food spot!

I think the Heyburn and Blue lakes location is the best one in town if you are just using the drive thru. It does a have a playground inside for kids so thats actually pretty cool. If you read my reviews on some of the other locations you’ll see that this is a much better spot.

The best McDonald’s food I’ve EVER had! The food was so hot I had to wait to eat, Never have I had to. In one word I’ll sum up the entire experience, PERFECT! I Highly recommend THIS location. I went for breakfast! Perfection.

I stopped here on my way home from work to grab my husband some food and got it home to him and the large size fry I paid extra for was literally half a box!!! I can’t believe you guys do this your gonna stop being able to get anyone to large size meals because why would we when we only geta small fry anyway! I’m so disappointed in this McDonald’s today. EVERYONE CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE LEAVING DRIVE THROUGH! EVEN IF IT MESSES WITH DRIVE THROUGH TIMES!!!

As far as McD’s go, the one on Blue Lakes in Twin Falls is the best for their service, food coming out in decent time, condition, and quality, and their sitting areas in both the normal and kids play room areas are typically kept pretty clean. The play place structure is usually clean as well, though we’ve seen issues with it needing to be cleaned when it has been slow to get taken care of. Overall, I still like and recommend that location.

Waited 40 minutes. Drive thru paid at 7:35pm did the regular wait at spot 2 and we’ll get the order out to you. Waited, and got approached with wrong order. Sure, it happens. Approached again and wouldn’t you know, wrong order again. I see At least 17 other cars come and go. Car next to me gets their order and the employee approaches me saying “I head they got your order messed ups but they’re working on it right now” by then it’s been around 25 minutes. I wait again and then the drive thru line empties out and I swear I heard an employee say “there’s a guy in a truck out there is he waiting on an order?” I lost it and drove up to the drive thru line again and they had no idea what order I even had after giving them the same online order code again. FINALLY get the order at 8:15pm.

This morning at 8:30 I pull up to the order screen. There’s only 1 person in line at the other order screen. I watch as the customer pulls forward and another takes their place. I here them take their order and I still havent been helped. I watch them pull forward. As im still waiting to be helped 2 more customers are helped at the other order screen. I was able to ask the 5th customer at the other order screen to have her ask the workers to take my order. The customer told me that they said they would be there in soon. She finishes taking her order about a min later she pulls forward and another customer takes her spot. I hear them proceed to take their order. So I decided to pull forward and ask for management. The manager told me sorry and that someone was there trying to talk to me but nobody was there. I proceeded to tell her that I had a customer also ask them to help me and all she said was sorry. They never even offered to take my order at the window either.

Went to McDonald’s on blue Lake Twin Falls, Idaho Idaho ordered a medium caramel macchiato had no caramel in it. Awful drink with I ever had make sure you ask him to put caramel in how to make their drinks.
