This is the most accommodating restaurant I’ve been to on this trip. I have a gluten and wheat allergy, and I’ve never seen a menu so friendly toward those with food restrictions. For once I have too many options to choose from it was difficult to decide. Had a burger and added bacon and guac to it. Everything was a little pricey but amazing. If you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy, you’re missing out if you don’t come here.

The food was excellent, the decor was fun and well thought out to create a welcoming feel, the staff did incredible with our huge group of people, the menu has items for people with food sensitivities, and the even have small safety scissors on each table to assist you in opening the packs of mayo. The prices were a little high but it is in a tourist destination so it is to be expected. My only complaint is that the bathroom was tiny. We had a good experience over all. I will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again!

At first we were thinking it was a little pricey. Then our food came and it was worth every penny! Some of the best food I have had. We are thankful Calvin Cotton, from Eureka Rocks, recommended it!

Summary: Amazing people, outstanding food, great atmosphere! When you walk in it’s like a retro feel with old bowling alley items (an actual lane on the ceiling) and other sports/game memorabilia. We waited 3-5 minutes which gave us time to drool at the dessert case. We were seated in the huge heated patio that has more vintage decor. Our waitress was so personable, funny, and knowledgeable. My teens and I all ordered different burgers and shared delicious cheese fries (the burgers come with fries). The portion sizes are huge!! But…the dessert case got us from the beginning. So we ate half of our burgers and ordered the made from scratch peanut butter pie with chocolate ganache. Oh. My. Goodness. Divine. The owner was the cashier and we could have talked to her for hours – just about the desserts she makes! Do NOT miss this gem!

When you first walk in you would think that the restaurant is small and then you see how big it spreads out to be. My wife got the 10 piece shrimp basket. I would say that the shrimp were 15 – 20 per pound size. The cocktail sauce tasted homemade with perfect amount of horseradish. The fries were too many to eat – which was a good thing. I got the Blackjack Chicken. The two pieces of chicken were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The two sides of black beans and rice that I went with tasted great. Very attentive server!

2.5 out of 5.. really disappointed this establishment had gone way down hill since we were last here. We had cheese fries and an appetizer and they were so soggy, mediocre at best. My husband had the chicken strips which were ok but he said the ones at the Eureka Grill downtown were way better. I had the sparkys burger and it was cooked to the right temperature.. that’s all. No flavor at all. I upgraded to have onion rings as a side for 3.50 and got like 6. The soda was also way too surupy. The service was ok he didn’t really pay attention to us on a basically empty patio. The hostess however was amazing we were on the patio which was a good temp for late April. There were a few flies but it wasn’t too bad.

Came for lunch, but stayed for the atmosphere, service and the food. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer, then we got a chicken sandwich and a chili burger. The portions were great for the price and I would recommend coming on a way empty stomach. The drinks were fantastic and the staff was so friendly it was like being at a family cookout.

You can’t sit down here and not have a smile. The place is adorably kitsch with fun details all over, the staff is friendly, professional, and does a great job and the food is really good. The burgers are great, Ruben is very good, and pretty much everything else I’ve tried has been tasty. They are great about dietary restrictions/allergies also

We arrived close to noon and waited probably 10-15 mins to be seated while the front person put together a to- go order and other things. Not a big deal we were patient. Ordered a simple burger and 1/2 order of fries and my friend ordered a chef salad. The hamburger meat was rancid. I sent it back as soon as we could flag someone down. They did take it off the bill, which I do appreciate. What I do not appreciate is being sick for 3 days since with terrible stomach issues. We will not be back.

We got takeout from here. It was a little disorganized and they missed something but were quick to apologize and fix the issue. I believe the person that helped us was new and it wasn’t a big deal. Food was great, I got the pulled pork plate which I mistakingly thought was a sandwich, no it was a huge portion of pulled pork! We ate on this food for three meals! Good quality food, a little bland for my taste but I would come back if ever in the area again!
