I regularly use the McDonald’s app when visiting this location for efficiency. The individuals I usually encounter do a great job! The food does vary in freshness depending on day and time when I visit. Fries and sandwiches can be very cold. This is the sole reason for rating 4 vs 5 stars. As someone who worked at McDonalds in my younger years this means there may be too much food sitting at the fry stand or in the meat trays. One of the better locations in the area. Thank you!

Placed my mobile order at this location at 3:44 pm. sat outside waiting for the app to tell me my pickup is ready. It never said it was so i went inside and kept getting stared at as i waited. I asked about my food and showed them that it was placed at 3:44 and they said “ oh i’m making that right now” but only gave me half my order because he only saw the chicken meal deal at the top. he asked if the drink was a sweet tea. it was a coke. so obviously he wasn’t working on it at that time because he didn’t have a ticket for the order. I then mentioned the other half of my order. finally got my order. drinks not full, tasted like they had been sitting out, the ice was melted. walked out with my food at 5:40pm. absolutely ridiculous.
had to wait for a straw too because they couldn’t bother to put that in the bag. ( also my double cheeseburger for my other half of the order was specialized but since they didn’t have the ticket

So my wife and I normally on Saturdays go there for breakfast for us and our kids. We normally get two sausage McMuffins with egg and five hash browns and three sausage McMuffins. Lately we have only been getting one sausage McMuffin with egg and five sausage McMuffins. Our order seems to always be wrong lately. The people are very friendly and they make up for the mistake but it just kind of is becoming a hassle. The food is delicious though and the people are very friendly.

This location is right by my work and I visit here all the time and these guys knock it out of the park every single time! The food is always fresh and the order is always correct and they know how to keep the line moving! I have never had a had experience at this location since I started working in the area and I will continue to eat here! Great crew!!!

I say avoid this place. Have tried to give them chances but it keeps getting worse. February 28, 2026 at 6pm drivethru burger patties old and dried out, not edible. Nuggets were terrible. Had to park and wait for “fresh fries” the girl said and they were old and cold. This place is an abysmal nightmare. Deleting the app done with McDonald s and their garbage. The manager working at that date and time should be fired along with the employees.

I’ve got a soft spot for this McDonald’s location – I can remember when it was built back in the mid 1980’s when I was a teen…I’ve had alot of good times there – many years ago, and some good food.
Every once in a while they’ll screw up on an order of mine, but really over the years, this location has gotten most of my food right, for my family, and friends as well. As I’ve aged, I’ve seen alot of good kids working there, and then go onto College, or Mariage, etc
Ive seen the place remodeled more times than I can remember…it doesn’t look anything like it once did back in the 80’s, but it’s still McDonald’s, still there in the same location after 40 years, and still getting the orders right…most of the time! LOL

Absolute lack of service. The management had the dining room shut down by 9:40PM except for all his little friends who were sitting there enjoying themselves. Unfortunately my semi won’t fit in the drive through so I guess I’m eating somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. I’m certainly NEVER going to bother this McDonald’s again.

This used to be the best McDonald’s around and I would drive clear from a different city to go to this McDonald’s. Now it is a catastrophe every single time I go here. Last night I went and my order got completely lost according to the girl behind the counter and then she asked me what my order was and 10 minutes later I still didn’t have my food so I asked about my order and the same girl asked what my order was again and said that my order got lost and that because I walked outside they didn’t know what my order was which made zero sense to me. Also good luck if you order online between say 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. because you are going to wait a minimum of 25 to 30 minutes for your food at the drive-thru window. It’s crazy to me how this location went from being at the top of the top to me dreading going there if I am in that area because I have certainly stopped specifically going to this location.

This McDonald’s consistently struggles to process orders. If it is the drive thru, be prepared to have to pull into one of the three drive thru parking spaces where you will wait a long time for food. When the order is missing stuff, it will take a long time to get the rest of what you have ordered. If you wait to eat the fries when your order is right, the fries will be cold and soggy. I have struggled with this Mc Donald’s for a long time. They struggle to manage their order system. I have never worked at Mc Donald’s but I suspect they have turnaround time goals for processing orders. By making people pull into spaces, they process the order as complete but it is not actually complete. Today, I went in after it took over 20 minutes to try and get my order right. There was a group of upset customers having the same experience. One guy was concerned that his order was processed as complete but he hadn’t received the food. Again, I think there is some type of system they are trying to cheat on to make it seem like they are processing orders faster. It would be good for a secret shopper from Mc Donald’s corporate to come and check out how this facility is being managed. Quite shocking!

Went through the drive through, ordered big mac meal with two plain/ only cheese double cheese burgers and the only thing that was correct was the two large cokes, fries were colder than ice, the two double cheese burgers were NOT ONLY CHEESE!! Burger patties were severely dry and tasted of nothing but salt,, lettuce was brown and the food wasnt even finished,, just was super unappetizing,, Someone has a tomato allergy and if they could have taken a bite of the double cheese, theres a trip the hospital!! Went back to fix the burgers and inside the store was messy joke,, already had a lady at the counter upset over someone being nasty to her in the drive through,, not a good look,, and employees seemed super careless,, please mcdonalds , do better and get it together ,, this used to be a great location, what happened? Sad,, will not return
