Just had the worst experience here. After giving me my food the girl immediately walks away… well guess what, they put everything on my burger when it was supposed to be only ketchup and onions. I’m waiting for her to come back so I can tell her. There are 2 girls walking around PURPOSELY avoiding looking at me. I finally honk to get their attention, they still ignore me. Girl finally comes over and is looking at me funny. I tell her the issue she tells me pull up, okay. When the girl brings my food, she tries walking off super fast, I tell her wait it’s still wrong, they put only ketchup on it. Tell her they don’t even have to remake it just put onions on it. I hear a lady SCREAMING from inside, assuming that’s the one making it LMAO. She comes back and it finally has ketchup and onions on it….. a CRAP ton of onions. They literally fell out onto my lap. Listen, I understand it can be frustrating working in fast food as I use to all throughout highschool. But when YOU mess something up STOP treating the customer as a nuisance, especially when you mess up multiple times! The girl who brought my food out was nice after the fact, and I know it’s not her fault. But jeez they need to work on their customer service seriously, or work somewhere else if you hate your jobs so much

Sat in line for 10 minutes with a mobile order. Had two cars in front of me who never got their order taken and drove off. Come to find out the first box was busted, and the employee had kind of an attitude about it when I asked. The food was fine when we finally got it, but maybe learn how to communicate with your customers and idk MAYBE PUT A SIGN ON THE BOX IF IT’S NOT WORKING. Seems like common sense.

Dirty. Nice employees but food not presentable and always wrong. Hairvin food too (the wrapper). Its such a convenient location but its just not worth the nasty environment. McDonald’s just not the same anymore and ppl want a job but dont care enough about the job its just a check. I get it but find stuff you like! The manager on deck tonight told me to pull up and wait for apple pie and did want a holiday pie. I said I ordered an apple pie!

I noticed something was floating in my unsweet tea before i drank from it. I’m not sure if it was from dirty ice or a dirty tea container but very disappointing. I scooped out one of the pieces and it was white and gummy/slimy There were no issues with the food or service only the beverage.

One of the employees called my wife a name. A vulgar word. They have no supervision or leadership there so I wouldn’t trust the food. Poor management and ownership. And I will continue to pursue this

My go to fast food. Good food friendly. They don’t complain about my service dog. She has a booth she likes. Keeps an eye on me and stays on the downlow. Nice place to get good fast food and chill for a few minutes. We haven’t been back since they kicked my service dog out.

So this was the first time I have a an error with my order. But I’m only writing this review to shine the light on the General managers customer service, So not only was my order wrong. I made it all the way too My residence with two kids To come back and ask for my sandwich to be completed to find out that they’re allowing outside food back in the kitchen, which is call violation mart. Because anything that comes from the outside. It’s not supposed to be added to from the inside is what I’ve always been talk. However, that was the case, then the general manager She wanted to cop a attitude when I asked for a freshly made sandwich that had all the ingredients. I purchased so once I got my sandwich. I asked her for orange juice for the inconvenience. And she told me she could not do that. Because that wasn’t policy well. Well maam, driving to my house and back to the store is also not policy for a parent with babies. In conclusion, it is always important to show empathy.

Took forever had to pull ahead was lunch time people only get so long for lunch got a quarter pounder and the bun was raw not toasted the recipet was under the cheese fries not full more ice than tea way to much ice we are human I know a mistake is possible but every time you order something??? And the price 14 dollars in Murfreesboro TN stopped lately in the area employee said call the company but my lunch was jacked up then !!!!!

I’m surprised by the low reviews. This is a really slick, nice McDonald’s. Stepped inside and this was possibly one of the nicest staffs I’ve ever dealt with in a McDonald’s. Clean interior. Good restrooms. Quick service given the massive number of customers in the drive thru. I was extremely pleased.

Food is always cold, store is filthy, employees not wearing hats or hair nets. There is no sense of urgency either. Gross. I’ll go out of my way and go to the new Salem location instead.
