I absolutely love Taco Bell, its my favorite place to eat. They have a new menu and a few new items. I just love Taco Bell! ❤️ Also they have a discount on drinks from 2 pm till 5 pm. Its super easy to find in Lebanon. Its right along Rt 422 you cant miss it. Have a great time and enjoy your dinner at Tavo Bell.

Every time I come here it’s an issue. Admittedly, this is not often any more, just as often as it takes me to think maybe they care about customer service even slightly. If you’re wondering; They still don’t. Every taco was broken. And not got broken in the packet. Pieces of the shell went even in the wrapper. What a mess. Then all of my food was incredibly cold because when you place an order through the app no one will give you your food even when you walk through the door as they finish packing it. When someone comes up to your counter you address them. Customer service 101. No excuse for this.

Can’t trust the drive thru.. That’s how they get rid of their over done dried out chicken. The Burrito Supreme was like bean soup with hardly any meat. First the guy tried swapping a Burrito Supreme for a 5 layered which I caught. I get up to check out and they run of receipt paper I said no problem but it was a problem because they cheated me out of a bean burrito. I got the same order last night and it was fantastic. So much so I couldn’t wait to go tonight. But this has happened before . Their quality is so inconsistent. I really love the place when it is right. Now I won’t go back again for a long time. Then there was the Pepsi drink issue. I always order my drink last. I noticed they had some fruit drinks which wanted to check out but the screen with them on disappeared and the guy wouldn’t bring it back up. So I bought a Pepsi which is ok but not my favorite. It just really makes me angry when they use the drive thru orders to get rid of their garbage. Taco Bell isn’t the only one that plays that game.

I had ordered from here, and my chicken tacos arrived with the chicken burnt inside. You already have to pay extra to switch it from beef to chicken, only for it to arrive burnt. I am a college student and I can’t even stomach to eat it because of how it looks so I basically wasted my money.

The dining room was closed but I couldn’t fit through the drive thru due to having a tall work van. I knocked on the glass and a gentleman came, open the door, and asked, “ Is that ur vehicle?” “Yes”, I replied. “Come on in!” I ordered my food and the service as fantastic! Highly recommended this place.

This place is terrible. The employees treat you terribly. If they don’t feel like working, they should stay home. Don’t go to this place. I wish I knew the name of the girl who did this so she could be fired.

I am a dasher and most of the time when I accept a doordash from taco bell is a nightmare the put in like the order is done but its not true they let the order sitting on they counter and you try to get help from the employees but they just ignore you especially at night wich is not ok since the customer is expecting warm food and if you are lucky enough to get they attention they would make you wait even more believe i hate every single time I have to go there like I said especially Saturday night
