Visited on 3/14. There were nine people behind the counter with very few doing anything. They didn’t seem busy, but it took nearly 10 minutes for them to make a Number 26 in a bowl. Even after giving clear instructions, my order was still wrong.
This isn’t the experience we usually get at other Jersey Mike’s locations, so we’ll stick to going to those; we won’t come to this location in the future.

We went to the newly opened Jersey Mikes in Pottstown. It was GREAT! Super friendly staff/sense of humor making sandwiches/socializing with guest which is very nice. Sandwiches were so good. Fresh. Sizing/price/value. So much better than greasy fast food. They needed this store in town for a new choice of food/sandwiches. Snacks, drinks are also available. CLEAN store-hope it stays that way. Ample staff to help put orders through. Clean tables, floor, door glass & restrooms are so important. Great job guys! Congrats on your new store & bringing jobs to our area!!! 5 GOLD Stars!
