We were in the drive through for 25 min.
I went inside to see whats happening and they were all working and its was NOT busy inside. One or two people only. This is ridiculous. We only ordered 9 items ( 5 taco and 4 drinks). By the time we got our food, it was cold. I’m not sure whats happening but their service isnt goo.

Amazing that they got rid of a job by using AI drive through and yet it’s still incredibly slow service. So what’s the point? Greed? Idk. Sorry to the people who work here.
And to add, there were little bits of tomatoes all over my food. On the outside or wrappers, inside, even caught up in my burrito. But nothing I ordered had tomatoes so the place must be a mess. And my quasidilla has black crap all over it. Not because it’s burned but because the grill isn’t clean. Discusting place.

Went through drive thru at 7:30 on a Wednesday night. Waited in line for more than twenty minutes to get my food after I ordered at the board. Not only that, but I realized one of the three food items I ordered was missing after I had driven several miles away. It took them trendy minutes to get my order wrong. Needless to say I won’t return to this location.

Food was really good but I was refused service at the front counter and told the only way to get food was the kiosk, by the time I ordered at the kiosk and got my food, 1/2 of my 30 minute lunch brake was over.
Staff was ok and they are not slow but overall the kiosk experience was completely unnecessary.

This review was supposed to be on the Belleville Rd location. This is from about 2 years ago. This particular Taco Bell is a complete and utter joke! The one girl that served our online order to us at the window was very polite however, when we checked our order to discover three items we just paid for were missing, my daughter walked up to the door and they just shook their head. We proceeded to go to the drive thru window and two employees looked at me and just rudely shook their heads. I knocked on the window and demanded a manager and they laughed at me. I screamed through the window that I just picked up an online order and they shorted me three things and I want what I paid for. They are supposed to be open until 9:00pm and just randomly closed at 8:10pm with no warning. It took a few minutes but the manager on duty came to the window and was rude as well and they prepared and gave us the rest of our order finally. We will NOT be coming back to this pathetic establishment again!!

I typically go through the drive-through but today we decided to go inside. When we walked in, there was an upset customer complaining to the manager about his order being incorrect. The customer was very agitated, but the manager kept his cool and offered multiple resolution. I was surprised at the manager’s ability to calm the customer down who ended up leaving happy. I complemented the manager when our food was ready on his professionalism, and he explained that he was the district manager. I normally don’t think to leave reviews, but he went above and beyond

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area, wait times are absurd when there is hardly any other customers. I’ve been given the wrong order/missing items several times. Go to the Taco Bell on Michigan ave, I’ve had way better experiences at that location

The area manager for this corporate location is the worst possible specimen of a human being, lacking in manners or integrity. This location WILL continue to fail as long as corporate employs horrible, incompetent upper management that lacks integrity or real healthy leadership skills.

The reason why I give this location 1 star was because of what I witnessed today.. The store is understaffed and overworked. I went inside today and only ordered 2 rice & bean burritos and had to wait almost 20 minutes. I usually would say something but I seen with my own eyes there were only 3 people working with 8 of us inside and a bunch of cars in the drive thru. These poor employees deserve way better than this. I come to this location often and after seeing this today, I won’t be back and I hope these employees find somewhere else to go that treats them better.
