Ordered 2 tacos and curly fries. Tasted good. Curly fries didn’t have much coating on them.
This place is spotless. So clean and welcoming when we walked in. Comfortable environment. Service was great. Kind, helpful. Tacos are so yummy.

I would usually give five stars. This is my favorite go to place after work. Usually, we are greeted and served by the same guy and he may even be the manager. However, last week when we stopped in the employees were outside smoking (no big deal) they quickly went inside to greet us through the drive thru. Our guy wasn’t there. We ordered about $30-$40 with of food. It’s our usual order as we’re ordering for two more that are back at home. Well, I was served old fries. I mean, you could break a tooth in these hard, cold fries. Everything had been literally thrown in the bag. One napkin and none of the sauces we ordered. I’ve not went back since.

Twice now I’ve gone here for sourdough jacks and both times I got buttered bread. The bread was not grilled at all and nothing at all like a sourdough jacks at other jack n the box locations. Do not eat here!

Ill let the picture speak for itself. This was the breakfast sandwich I ordered and those two dried up burnt circles are the eggs they put on my sandwich. I believe the cook was the manager as well because when I asked to speak with the manager, the young man went back and talked to the cook for a min, then came told me the manager was not there but asked what I ordered so they could make me a new one. NO THANK YOU! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JACK IN THE BOX! In all my years in the food industry, I have never seen someone send something like this out of a kitchen.

Wow… what a disaster of an experience. I went to grab breakfast for me and my daughter this morning through the drive thru. I pulled into the drive thru at about 10:45am and didn’t get my food handed to me until about 11:20am. I was 3rd in line when I pulled up. I ordered a breakfast platter for my kid and a meat lovers breakfast burrito for myself. After waiting over half an hour for my food, what I got was not worth what I paid. My burrito wasn’t even rolled up. It was folded in half and smashed together. The tortilla was also very stale. The platter for my kid had broken up bits of bacon instead of strips of bacon. Also my vanilla iced coffee I ordered to go with my burrito wasn’t a large like I had requested and paid for. Food quality aside though. As I was watching the staff through the window, they were zombies. Absolutely no sense of urgency. No wonder I didn’t get my food in a timely manner. 0/10 would not recommend this location to anyone. If I find any lazy people who want to get paid for doing nothing though, I’ll send them your way to fill out a job application. Seems like you have to go above and beyond to not care to qualify for a job here. To any Corporate leaders who might be reading this, just know the money you are spending for staffing here is wasted.

This jack in the box location is the worst I have ever been to. Tonight we went through the drive thru . We ordered 4 tacos and a burger . After waiting 5 minutes the employee asked us to park out front . She said she would bring it out to us. After waiting for quite some time , we went inside and it was sitting on the counter getting cold .
The employee from the drive thru said she as waiting for someone to clock in so she can bring it out .
I spoke with the assistant manager and he was very unprofessional, wanted to argue and he was quite rude . During the conversation the drive thru employee felt the need to argue as well .
When I asked for the managers info and district managers info the assistant manager disappeared and never came back .
The employee from the front did give me their names but , when I asked her for a pen she was very rude and rolled her eyes .
A few days ago I was there as well and they didn’t put everything in my order . This location definitely needs additional training and needs to learn better customer service.

Food is fine but you might as well go to a sit down restaurant because it’s going to take 20-30 minutes to get your food. They can’t handle any kind of rush, if even 2 cars come at the same time the drive thru is going to be behind and clogged for the next couple hours, it’s ridiculous.

I am totally disappointed about this location yesterday night. I stopped at this location. I ordered cheeseburger and I was in a hurry so I grabbed a bag and take off down the street. I grab a burger out of the back and I realize it was a long blonde hair I turn around, go back to the location. I asked them and it was the older lady with three young kids instead of make my burger they just start laughing. I asked them to get my burger because I was in a hurry the lady in the back and she’s she was laughing and she thinks I wasn’t speak Spanish and she started coughing in Spanish. Call me a liar. I never mention to her that I can understand everything what she said, but one of the kids when I order my food in the first place, he was playing with his hair in the kitchen

Won’t be going to the Fairview location again. Harrison, who I’m assuming is the night manager, has never given me my food when I order online and then gives my wife attitude when she has to go get it even though she does nothing different. This location needs to be shut down or completely revamped from the ground up.
