Rolando has to be the most offensive and disrespectful person I have ever encountered in my life. Not even exaggerating!!! I was having difficulties placing my order online due to some technical issues per the error message that it was given me so I called the store and Rolando picks up. I explained to him the situation and ask if I can place the order over the phone. he advised that he was unable to do so that I would have to place the order online and then again repeated that I was unable to due to some technical issue that the website was giving me. He says that they were really busy and that he did not have time to take my call And hung up. I call again. He picks up doesn’t even introduce himself before he puts me on hold. I go to the store While still on holdto see if there was a manager I can speak to and Rolando out of coincidence states that he is the manager and that his boss is on vacation until further notice from what he advised. When I arrived, both phones were off the hook. I then tell him that I was the person he hung up on regarding the technical issue on the website and he proceeds to get very aggressive and And very condescending. Of course me being a human, I began to react and give him the same energy. He was giving me to where it came to a point where we were having a screaming match back-and-forth. He then proceeds to call me a dumbass in Spanish and also proceeds to talk to me like I am some child. The lack of accountability And the amount of disrespect that he dished out Completely was unnecessary. If he was unhappy with his job, there’s no need to take it out on the customers, especially when the issues Are something beyond my control. The fact that he did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, however continued to escalate the situation. I’m surprised he still has his job and if he is in fact a Manager. He definitely does not deserve that Title. Mind you all of this is happening while my call is still on hold. There is another person there pretty much doing most of the work as well as four people in line not including myself and in no way shape or form he was doing anything to at least acknowledge that they were there. I’m not sure what’s going on with that store However, I definitely think he needs more than a Coaching or additional training if you ask me, he should be fired. The fact that this is my neighborhood pizzeria and I have to deal with this type of situation let alone with someone that has absolutely no customer service and Completely and utterly incompetent truly has me flabbergasted. I will be contacting corporate and escalate this to the highest of the highest Because as a paying customer, I should not have to deal with this type of behavior. Rolando count your days at Domino’s. I’m sure after I’m done with corporate you’ll be on indeed looking for another job.

I placed an order with Domino’s Pizza delivery for the first time and was extremely surprised by one very important detail — the pizza box arrived without any tamper-evident seals. This is the first time I have ever seen something like that in a delivery order. Because of this, I did not feel safe eating the pizza and had to throw it away.

I also reached out to customer support with this concern, but unfortunately, I never received any response to my message. This experience left me very disappointed, and I expected a much higher level of quality and care from a company like Domino’s.

Literally claimed they delivered my food without a photo confirmation had me walking around my apartment complex for 20 minutes trying to find it in the end they never delivered for context I have a apartment setup where the person across the walkway also has a number 2 on thier door do i thought maybe they were mistaken and gave someone else my order nope. Walked up and knocked on the door and some lady literally fresh out the shower answered so I knew she wasn’t lying when she said she didn’t have it or order anything so they quite literally scam you on delivery just because I only gave a 3 dollar tip what do you expect its 12 30 at night and it’s a small 10 inch pizza?

The phrase of the day “wait one second” call 3 times on intervals of 20 minutes just to give time to the staff to deal with whatever they were dealing at the store. Last call I make the same phrase “wait one second” . 5-10 minutes waiting on each call and no response.

On top of that, that system of order on uber eats and we deliver with our own store staff is the worst, no tracking, no updates and multi orders, 45min to receive an order on a radius of 1 miles.

Good flavor and quality but system, delivery times, pizza size and customer services

This man talked me out of getting my pizza delivered. He said it would be 2 hours then hung up. called back the number and they were experiencing phone difficulties. Called back the store number. Stayed on hold for 20 mins then they hung up. Corporate need to overhaul this store immediately. Every time I called back he hangs up on me. The App is garbage gave me a location miles away from my location

Unfortunately this location is pretty terrible. I live within a 5 min drive from this location and I still drive to my previous area (Aventura) and order from that Location instead. The service here is lacking, they overcharge and the three times I’ve ordered from this location, they ALWAYS got something wrong. It’s really that bad that at this point, despite me disliking Miami traffic. I still take the 20 minute drive back and forth to get Dominos from Aventura because the Hallandale Beach location is pure garbage. Avoid if you can!

Stay away from this store!!

I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza and a garlic dipping sauce. When the delivery person rang the doorbell I came to the door immediately and saw the pizza on the doorstep while the delivery person drove away. I opened the pizza box to find a pizza slice eaten and the garlic dipping sauce missing. I called the store to let them know what happened, and they told me to throw the pizza away and that they would send me a new one. After an hour I called asking where the pizza was and they said the delivery guy said he didn’t eat a slice, so they weren’t going to send a new pizza anymore. After reminding them they told me to throw the original pizza away, they agreed once again to send me a new pizza. A new pizza finally arrived at 9:45pm (original order was at 7:12pm), and the garlic dipping sauce was still missing even though I asked them to make sure to include the dipping sauce I bought 3 times over the phone. When I called the store again to discuss the missing garlic dipping sauce, they said they would only send the driver my way for the dipping sauce if there was a separate delivery in my area. They then offered to refund me the garlic dipping sauce and when I asked if I would get an email confirmation of the refund, they said yes. When I asked what email they gave on file, they hung up on me. After more than 2.5 hours I finally have a pizza I ordered and still have no dipping sauce or refund confirmation. Is there anything Dominos can offer in consolation for the issues? Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
