McDonald’s is what McDonalds is…..The food is consistent from restaurant to restaurant, you will never mistake it for fine dining, but the French fries are great. On this visit our 6 piece chicken mcnugget happy meals, for our grandchildren, only came with 4, but we paid for 6. I had a filet of fish and there was so much tarter sauce you could not taste the fish. The service was slow, but I believe that was due to either short staffing or many new trainees The atmosphere is poor art deco, but you are not packed in like sardines. It can get loud in the restaurant when filled with children. I do not like the self order kiosks as I do not get a discount for doing an employees job and I do not like AI taking human jobs. That all being said there are times a McDonald’s fix is needed. The prices at McDonalds have risen and are soon to outpace the food you get

I had a mobile order and it was taking 20 minutes in the mobile order spot. I figured something was wrong with the app, and I went in and explained it to them.
I think the manager, a guy in a red shirt, came over to talk to me and I explained it. I thought he was gonna work on the order but 30 minutes later still no food. He just went away to the back and never was to be found.
An hour wait for food is ridiculous. I will not be back.

Hit McDonald’s drive thru up today. Haven’t been there in some time. I didn’t have to wait very long in the line. The guy taking our order was polite and took our order correctly. Got my receipt after paying with out being asked if I want it. Had a little bit of a wait for our food. Witch I don’t mind if it’s all there and hot and correct. I am pleased to say my whole order was in the bag including condiments napkins and straws! I usually have a difficult time getting all my items so that was great! I am disappointed in the presentation of the food. I had mayo added to my cheeseburgers it was very sloppy and one of them looked like the bun was burned. Over all we got our food with out going in after waiting in the drive thru and it was not too bad. Decent experience.

Here’s the almighty ranch snack wrap u can come enjoy at your local Bluffton McDonald’s lol…and NO I did not ask for no cheese and no ranch they just blessed me with this. Thanks again for refreshing why I don’t go to this McDonald’s. Wow what I horrible horrible place!!!

Unfortunately, McDonald’s in Bluffton is the only one close. Their coffee is OK but their food quality is very poor. French fries are never advertised like on TV buns are generally hard contrary to new commercials on TV. I believe they need some new management or owner get more involved at store location.

Drive-thru was very slow. Woman at the window was only taking one order at a time, despite the two lanes for the drive-thru, then had to wait at the window even longer just for the receipt for my mobile app order.

Was served my food less then a minute. Pulled up ordered and was handed a bag of food was on my way. Found out why must be holding food under the warmers. Ordered 2 mcdoubles and large fries. The mcdoubles cheese on the sides where hard, bread was hard fries where under cooked.

3rd time doing curbside pickup at this location. They will get through everyone in the drive-through lane 1st before curbside. My odds would have been faster waiting in line.
Took 15 minutes (app said 2-5min when I arrived), and I finally went inside to get my order that was sitting. Unacceptable. If you do a curbside order, you should not be put off just because it’s busy and you have to leave a station to go outside.
It’s just this location that I’ve had such slow experiences with and notice that the drive-through line will empty before they service curb side.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 McChickens, a fry, and a tea LIGHT ON THE ICE!! and The McChickens at wayyy to much mayo. the fry’s were cold, and they definitely didn’t go light on the ice with my drink. Do not visit this mcdonald’s. I would rate this a zero star service but it makes me have at least 1
