I usually love this place especially the south hill location but I had the worst food I’ve ever received from fast food in general on Wednesday at this location. The guy making my food was super rude and practically ignored me when I was asking to add queso on it before he cooked it and when I got home and went to eat it, it was uncooked the tortillas were soggy on both sides the only thing cooked was the cheese crust on the outside. I had to pan fry it so that it wasn’t just mush. The lady at the counter that helped me was nice just the guy who cooked and prepared it who was rude and didn’t do a good job

At this rate either the all the employees are inept, lazy or know who’s order it is and make and effort to make sure the order is not complete. We are long long long time customers and my mom has complained multiple times and was told staff are being addressed but they apparently do not care since I am now writing this. The employees may be mad at the bad feedback but when you Literally forget something EVERY SINGLE order at what point do we just stop coming?? We have been since it was no name and we enjoy the food and the staff might not think missing one thing is that bad but it is when it’s every time, somethings up. This time was there was supposed to be extra Pico even and both bowls had None. How hard is it for some one to double check? We don’t want free food we never cared we just want our orders right because we are almost 30 miles out of town. I mean baristas can remember multiple drinks and get it right but something printed on paper and can’t get any consistency there’s a problem.

Customer service here is beyond atrocious. Nobody wanted to do their job, the manager didn’t even do the bare minimum. I was shorted on every item I ordered, the large chip bag was not even a third of the way full. They grabbed 3 peppers for the vegetables on my Burrito. I had to ask for an extra scoop just to get the normal amount.
I had to come back because they didn’t bother to include my child’s food, and I was treated like an idiot for- in her words, “walking off without it”. I walked out without it because it was not included in my bag of food. If you did your job AT ALL, let alone correctly, this would not have happened. The manager on shift was an extremely unpleasant person. Constantly pushing all the work onto the other employees. On shift manager also kept being impatient constantly asking what’s next what’s next before the previous request was even started. She acted like it was super inconvenient to her for us to order food. She was snappish and abrasive. Constantly rushing us. Didn’t want to fix any issues with the food when we had to come back. Very nasty and blaming others. If you dont want to work, quit. Don’t act like this. It’s extremely unprofessional and frankly ridiculous.
Don’t waste your time or money here. Food is good when they include it.
Only come here if you want bad attitude, rude management, unapologetic mistakes, and dismissive service.

I had ordered nachos from them through doordash. The first issue I had was they forgot my chips…how does one forget chips in nachos? Then while I was eating I found a piece of hair and a piece of plastic! I will not be eating here again

I used to have problems with one worker being pretty cheap on veggies and the chips. I get there’s rules, but the bag should be full, and it’s not common out of anyone’s paycheck. Recently yheve been more generous and friendly. They’re Ingredients are available and they have kind workers. Appreciate this place. I go atleast 3 times a month .

Decent if not super wide selection, but very good choices. Had a burrito, tortilla tasted very good & was folded perfectly, and it had plenty of filling even with just rice/beans/protein. Somewhat expensive, especially when you only get a moderate amount of meat. Still, seating was nice & the interior looked very good.
There’s a one-way exit door that might not be obvious at first in the corner as well so you can leave without being in traffic.

This place is always a hit or miss. My family likes going here. Guess it depends on who is running it that shift. Walked in and the first thing I was told by the night MANager is ” no veggies guys.” That’s weird. Doubt they ran out of veggies at 8pm on a Wednesday. Grilled Veggies should be a necessity.. what if you’re vegetarian.

Was once a favorite. No more! Prices have gone up at least 20 percent. Steak was tough and gristly. Very noisy. Lots of shouting by employees. Check stand employee with hardware all over his face! Not a pleasant experience!

The employees there have absolutely no sense of customer service. They were fighting with each other and hardly acknowledged any customers. Id give the service negative stars of possible. Oscar was at least friendly and tried to be helpful. Young lady with the flowers and butterflies tattooed on her arm was extremely unpleasant and acted like customers being in the store were a hassle for her. She also had ungloved hands with long acrylic nails which is not only against Qdoba pocily but local health code. The gentleman that was in the back “cooking” with the earrings, back of neck tattoo was being so disrespectful to the other staff. Rolling his eyes when asked for help, bickering about doing his job. The ONLY reason I’ll return to this location is because of Oscar. He was friendly, kind and practically single handedly running the line. This store needs a serious lesson in employee morale and customer service.
