Our “cut above” philosophy is rooted in the timely tradition of a classic Steakhouse where every experience becomes memorable. Step into our intimate dining room, or our lively bar and patio to enjoy extraordinary food and service. DRESS CODE: The appropriate attire at Prime 88 is business casual. We ask that no t-shirts, tennis shoes, flip-flops, shorts, or torn or faded blue jeans be worn. If any of these items are worn , you may be seated in our lounge area instead of the MAIN DINING ROOM.

Fantastic meal and service. Kate gave great wine reccomendations and very attentive during our entire experience. Started with the cajun butter chargrilled oyster then onto a wedge salad. Entrees were a 16oz ribeye and elk chops special, both exceeded expectations. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Definitely not the cheapest place aroind but we’ll worth the cost if your looking for a great dinner out.

In the Brooksville FL area this is the place.. Its not cheap , Hell it isn’t even reasonable. But the service was on point, Clean, Very clean, Valet parking, Great steaks. Break down. (2) beers (1) mix drink. (1) bottle of wine $95. (2) great Rib eye , (2) sides. Tip bar, Valet, & excellent waitress. Total dinning experience $400.00. Yes We will return.

Forget the traditional five-star Tampa restaurants! Prime 88 is just special and fulfilling. Excellent service. Most delicious menu items and even an opportunity for my family Christmas dinner to have a special seafood Tower created just for us! We truly enjoyed our time there!

Prime 88 was absolutely amazing! If I could give it a 20/10, I absolutely would. The food was unbelievable — the steaks just melted in your mouth. Kevin was a wonderful server and made the experience even better. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but 100% worth it!

We went to Prime 88 for our anniversary dinner, and everything was perfect! The food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our server, Raymond, was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made the night even more special. The manager also stopped by to check on us and surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

I Setup our 16 year anniversary here. My wife loved it as did I. Although they didn’t have my table setting as I requested everything else was fantastic. Food was wonderful and our server was great. I dont recommend the tomahawk Ribeye as it fell short of or expectations based on the size alone Especially $150 for the steak cost alone not including everything else we ordered. The flavor and presentation were perfect and needed no sauce at all. The calamari was so tender and cooked to perfection. The oysters Rockefeller were amazing. All in all we will return to dine again and we do highly recommend this upscale restaurant to everyone. Our bill total was $250 for 2 people.

Great addition to the Brooksville area. It is a very modern upscale looking restaurant with a great menu. Both my buddy and I had steaks for dinner and they were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sides are also very tasty. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Nicholas was our server and he was great. !!!
