Tried to email you guys but there’s no public contact email? Super frustrating. I just got several items in my order, and none had potatoes. One bowl specifically asked for just potatoes, no rice, so it’s basically a bowl of nothing since the potatoes weren’t included. It’s also sitting in a giant puddle of water??? Really gross and disappointing experience.

At first I entered the store hoping for a calm meal. I was greeted by rudeness and hostility from the staff. I was scolded and cussed at in Spanish for an honest mistake regarding a water cup. After I was attacked one of the employees came over to where our party was eating and took my drink my hands spilling it onto my already cold food. This was after I had already apologized. There was also an accidental spilling of an unstable cup of queso that I was yelled at and forced to clean. The workers were unprofessional and threatening at times. Nobody had a good time and I would strongly advise against dining here.

Honest Review of Santa Fe in Weymouth
I really wanted to love this place because I’m a huge fan of Mexican food, but unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. The food was okay—not memorable, but decent enough. However, the service and cleanliness were serious letdowns.
After ordering, I had to ask three times for utensils, only to be met with attitude. The utensils bin was empty (see pictures), and after an eight-minute wait—yes, I counted—they finally brought them out. And no, the restaurant wasn’t busy.
Cleanliness was another issue (again, see pictures). A little extra attention to detail could go a long way in making this place more inviting.
Maybe I caught Santa Fe on a bad day at a bad time, but great restaurants shine no matter what. I truly hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve because I’d love to give it another shot—just with better service, cleaner surroundings, and a more welcoming atmosphere.

I was making a delivery to this customer. And when i was done I ordered a Steak burrito. Love how its made to order. The girls were great. And the Burrito was so good it hit my taste buds with a bang. Great combinations of flavors. And the size was a handful. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately will never return, FOOD WAS INEDIBLE. Beef burrito tasted like someone had spilled 1/2 bottle of cumin into it. So much cumin it was making me cough. Took 3-4 bites, hoping it would get better but could not eat it. Threw out 3/4 of this burrito sadly.

Honestly, some of the worst Mexican food around. My husband just picked up our order & there were 2 pieces of chicken Al pastor in my burrito. The 1st 1/2 of the burrito was sour cream, lettuce & corn salsa only. We were charged for guacamole, but there was none. The bottom half was tons of beans, rice & 2 pieces of chicken. My husband ordered the carne asada bowl. There was also 3 pieces of steak in his bowl& a pile of lettuce on the top. Seemingly to cover up the lack of meat. We had to call for a refund. 32$ for 5 pieces of meat, beans & lettuce!

Great food- cafeteria style! Authentic, tasty. Overall the Inside is not cozy, but it has some booths and would be good for a quick bite to eat. Staff was pleasant enough. The food is almost perfect, with great flavors and they give you a large serving size! My only complaint is on the website the brownie looked homemade, so I ordered it only to discover it was prepackaged. still not a bad brownie. Horchata is very good.

Got two churros for $5.50. I was surprised by how thick they were. They were made fresh, so they were served hot and came out crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I’m not a fan of churros with filling, but I did find the caramel filling more enjoyable than the typical custard filling. I was hoping the other was chocolate-filled, but they were both caramel-filled, so it would have been nice to get a side of chocolate to dip. Overall, they were still pretty good.

The most AMAZING customer service ever omg ?? I accidentally ordered at the Weymouth store instead of their Acton location, and they immediately called Acton to have them make the order.
