Ordered my food through the drive through which they took a while to take my order, but once they did I got my food and everything was good but they forgot my ketchup. I went in to get some ketchup packets for my cheeseburger and fries and noticed the guy in the back handling the food had no gloves on and didn’t look like the cleanest fella. The fries that were already made were touching his bare hands and falling back into the fryer compartment, which is kind of gross.

This place is terrible. Went through drive thru a few days ago, waited at the intercom for 10 mins just to be told to hold on some more so we went to a different burger king, then tonight my whopper Jr had bread so hard it hurt to eat, fries were not salted and the chicken nuggets were a couple hours past their expiration. And don’t get me started on the chicken sandwich my girlfriend got.

I don’t got to this location often. But when I do the drive thru service is always slow and staff are usually unfriendly. Today’s visit was no different, the girl at the speaker was pleasant but the girl at the window was very rude. We got the wrong food in our order, and we ordered the new panda Sundae, needless to say it was not what we were expecting for $3 and looked nothing like what the photo shows. I really would not recommend this location to anyone due to the low quality food, and the rude staff.

First of all I understand this is fast food so there’s an idea of to expect. However, I feel the guys working on feb 28 were great good was great customer service was amazing and I’m happy to see an older style pop machine with individual nozzles. Also to the cashier with the face tattoos. You are the man! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you guys!
