Got the 8 piece family meal and our chicken looks like it went through war. Skin isn’t on the chicken it’s a mess. I’ve never had such an awful experience when we drove 20 minutes to and from and this is the mess we got.

The absolute worst food I’ve ever had from any KFC. The chicken and sides were almost flavorless. The corn was dry, with no juice at all in the container. The mashed potatoes tasted watered down, kind of how I’d describe the chicken. The staff was pleasant; however, I ordered online and walked into an empty dining room with no cars in the drive thru. The three employees hadn’t begun to put my order together, and I could see it on their screen – it was obviously there before I arrived. The one employee who was taking care of me had to delay mine to take care of the single drive thru order that appeared. The other two were apparently busy with something else. It’s funny – I asked Siri for directions, and she gave them to me with this added, “1.7 stars on Yelp.” I thought it humorous at the time. Now, I think Siri as being generous. I had two household members who disagreed with me – my dogs. They got to enjoy $25 worth of bland KFC food, and they didn’t complain one bit.

Places order on app at 12:33 pm so I could have quick pick up. App said 5-10 min for the estimated window it would be ready. I get there to pick up my food and they didn’t have it ready yet. I did not order anything crazy. I ordered a mashed potato bowl with a chicken little. They proceeded to have us pull forward and we sat there until 1:14 pm when they brought the food out. Apologized because “new cook” when I took my food out it was all cold. I never take the time to write reviews but this one was a tad bit ridiculous. The cheese on my bowl wasn’t even melted and the mashed potatoes were cold there was no chicken that was warm it was all as though it had just been sitting there. Why in the world a 45 min wait for COLD food and a mashed potato bowl to say the least. Would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

There was a sudden rush of customers and the manager handled it well. Our order was small among many very large orders. The food was fresh and hot. What more could you ask? The only downside was the fining room. Appeared to be run down and in need of a deep cleaning and repairs. Overall a good experience.

This store never answers their phone, not participating in Tuesday. Bucket deal is always dirty and should be closed.UPDATE The franchise owner should definitely pay more attention to his investment. Finally got my order through on app and have to tell you the staff that was there tonight especially the young medium height, black woman with short hair over extended themselves to make sure that customers were happy. They ran out of food supplies had to turn down. Lines drive-through was out to 41 and they only had three people on staff running around, trying to make the customers feel at home.

I ordered pickup. Spent 80 dollars for a family meal. They gave me the order incomplete, the chicken was heavy on the salt, all mushy and not crunchy at all. I have never had such bad chicken. They were not even busy and they still messed up on the order. Lazy people, bad service.

I’m sorry but I’ve never waited for some uncooked gross chicken for over an hour before in my life . I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 6:29 pm . So I got that at that time and they parked me and told me they’d bring it out when it was done . I waited 30 minutes and then went inside. There were other people waiting as well and they kept telling us all they were working on everything. I didn’t get the food until 7:30 . So an entire hour . When I took a bite the chicken was uncooked and parts were raw . They never offered us any refund for waiting so long or coupons or anything .

Drove there and ordered at drive thru. No wedges was told. Ordered 6 hot wings. After 15 minutes waiting in line they had me wait in first space and someone would be out in 3 minutes. After 23 minutes went inside and demanded my money back. Was told there was a miscommunication and MANGER would have to handle it. Turns out the MANAGER was the one who took the order and told me 3 minutes. After another 5 minutes he shoved my money back to me and never said a word. There were 3 people in the store and half dozen “employees”. This place is a disgrace and manager should be fired.

Night shift is the worst. Very rude employees and manager. They ignore you and get mad when you have to be loud enough for them to come to the front to help you. Picked up an order for door dash and they gave me the wrong drink. It was supposed to be sugar free pepsi and they gave me a sprite I asked for the right drink and was told oh well that one is no caffeine anyways. Very sad! Day shift is always good though.

Saturday night waiting for over an hour I finally got my order. Got it home I ordered a 12 piece bucket with sides. I opened the bucket only 8 pieces & no biscuits. I paid $41. Never again.
