Classic steak & seafood dishes are the mainstays at this stylish yet casual chain restaurant.

My husband took me here for our 8th wedding anniversary, the food was absolutely amazing the waitress was awesome and gave us champagne at the end to toast. I can compare this to Silver Fox in Fort Worth. There are both amazing and we will definitely be back! Ohhh!! And they make a mean Old Fashion

Team late when they were almost closed and they took care of us and wonderfully. Hour later it was more than attentive and not trying to rush us to get out. The food was excellent and not overpriced we would definitely be back. I had the peppercorn sirloin and she had the bowl with steak and we loved them both

OMG, the prime rib was amazing and the service was good, after I was finally seated. I was going to sit at the bar, but the bartender was on her phone and did not acknowledge me. I waited for a while to be seated in an empty lobby. Prince provided outstanding service, but seemed to be in a a bit of a hurry. I dinged the service one star, but I would still highly recommend the whole experience.

We celebrated my dad’s birthday at The Keg yesterday, and while the evening ended on a high note thanks to our wonderful server, the start of the night left me feeling uncomfortable.
When I arrived, I was greeted by the hostess with a strange look that made me feel unwelcome. I brushed it off and headed to the bar to wait for my party. I ordered a drink, but was immediately asked if I was ready to check out—twice. It felt rushed and out of place, especially since I hadn’t even had a chance to greet my family yet. I’ve been to many bars where the staff allows you to enjoy your drink before settling up. The urgency over a $12 drink, especially when our group was about to spend over $300, was disappointing and frankly, left me wondering if I was being unfairly judged.
Fortunately, our server was the highlight of the night. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my dad had a great birthday. He even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which really turned the energy of the evening around.
The food was decent, but not remarkable. If the restaurant is going to operate with an air of exclusivity or make assumptions about who belongs there, I would expect the food to match that level of expectation.
Overall, the service from our server was excellent and much appreciated. But the uncomfortable beginning and the way I was treated at the bar left a lasting impression.

I sat at the Bar , ordered a drink. The Bartender brought me a menu and asked if I would be eating at the bar and I said yes. The waiter made my drink and took 30 min before he came back to even ask. So I decided to pay for the drink still tipped 20% and left. I have eaten there in the past but this was not good service at all.

Came for a birthday dinner and everything was excellent—from the drinks and appetizers to the entrées and the service. The GM, Nephi, even stopped by our table to check on us and thank us for coming, which was a nice touch. The restaurant has definitely improved since he started working there. We had a great experience and will be back.

We had my daughter’s Sweet 16 dinner here on Saturday night for 30 people. We reserved the private room a month in advance, we’re able to speak with the manager, and all personnel were kind and polite throughout the process and the evening. We arrived early to bring in decor to personalize the room. There were very few issues with 30 people getting salads, dinners, and desserts all at once. They were accomodating to a guest we had arriving late due to a delayed flight. They kept the cake in the refrigerator until we were ready to sing happy birthday. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented that that was the best steak they have ever had. Thank you to Julia, Prince, and John for serving up a great evening to allow me to celebrate my girl and not worry about anything.

I was super excited to visit for my birthday! As a Canadian, going to The Keg has always been a tradition. When I found one in Arlington, Texas, we made the drive.
We made a reservation, which I highly recommend. We were seated immediately, though there was a bit of confusion at first about who would be serving us. Once that was sorted out, everything was smooth.
Fresh, hot bread arrived, and while I recommend having at least one piece, don’t fill up on it! We ordered the lobster bisque, but it arrived lukewarm, even though the bowl was hot. The server quickly took it back and brought us a piping hot replacement.
We ordered the 10oz filet, cooked medium. However, it came out rare. We politely informed the server, who took it back to the kitchen. Surprisingly, the manager brought it back to us herself, and when we cut into it, it was still rare. She agreed and offered to have a new one prepared. After a bit of a wait, she returned with two fresh plates of food. By that point, we had already eaten most of our sides, so we had the steaks boxed up since we were too full to finish.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the Billy Miner Pie, served with a sizzler—it was amazing! I highly recommend trying it if you haven’t already.
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas. The dessert alone is worth the trip!

My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at The Keg. The food was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Our server, Joey G, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. I’d also like to extend a big thank you to Tae Adams, the manager. Tae was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy the amazing service and welcoming atmosphere again.
