I almost never review fast food, mostly because no place’s actual food is going to look like advertised. However, today’s order was probably the worst fast food I’ve had in my entire life. For a number of reasons.

First off, it was just awful quality. The tortilla chips must have been freezer burnt or stale or something because they had some extreme chemical taste. I took one bite and spit it out. I had to throw them away.

I got a nearly $40 order just to get something quick to celebrate first week of school. It included two entire Catalina chicken quesadillas. Taco Bell advertises it all the time so I thought I’d try. Two $11 quesadillas. Mistake. These quesadillas were the worst I’ve ever had from any restaurant ever. First off, they were maybe 5 inches across. At first glance after opening the container I thought they forgot to put it inside. As you can see from the photo, it was basically completely empty. It’s just completely unacceptable. This is about the size of a kids meal at any other restaurant. And again, this wasn’t even a normal quesadilla, this is the premium one.

I was sick to my stomach thinking about spending $40 on fast food, but this was a different level of regret. I feel like I could’ve made better food at home with tortillas, cheese, and my microwave. Some parts of this meal I literally wouldn’t feed to my dogs.

Additionally: This place uses fake reviews whenever they get shitty (real) ones. There’s a fake AI 5 star one after every other (real) shitty one. That alone should speak volumes about how bad this location is.

Waited for an hour, unironically, ~8:25pm order to ~9:30 receiving the food, to get 8 items and a drink. Drive-thru had no line after ~8:40, inside had ~6 people other than my wife and I waiting for similar amounts of time, employees were clearly doing very little and not even attempting to get food out to people. This is supposed to be _fast_ food. The various tacos, burritos and other things on the TB menu all have essentially the same pool of ingredients (meat, veggies, cheese, condiments) and one of a few different types of tortillas. It should not be this hard for people to pull those ingredients and fill the specified tortilla(s). 9 items, one hour. How long does it take you to fill 9 tacos/burritos at home once the meat is made and veggies are sliced? I can make 9 tacos/burritos in a couple minutes doing the entire process myself + cooking/chopping and I’m not being paid to do it. When you’re being paid to do a job, you need to act like you are being paid to do it. When these people go to a restaurant I’m sure they want reasonable service times themselves, so why not provide the same to the people coming in during your shift? The food was not even all hot when it finally came out. Completely unacceptable; The whole staff should be replaced.

Today’s Taco went straight into the trash. Do better.

This is the 2nd time that I have been to this location. On the first occasion, everything was fair. The second time, though, after ordering and paying, I was not offered a receipt or any type of mild or hot sauce. The person working the window shut the window as soon as my bag was handed out. I then had to wait for said person to come back to the window so that I could ask for a receipt and some sauce packets. They obliged to both my requests but not before saying, “We are understaffed.” I, for 1, am tired of customer service people blaming EVERYTHING on being understaffed. Just say, “Sorry, my mistake.” And we can both carry on. Probobly won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

Was in the middle of dashing had to pick up two orders gurl in the drive through said I’m not allowed to because of my two dashes. Like I’m supposed to start or she runs doordash of some sorts. Weird. Would recommend any other taco bell.

“The boys from Oklahoma roll their joints all wrong” and their burritos too! Waited 45 minutes after getting trapped in the drive thru for a mobile order this is just one of the burritos we were given. The only highlight is the night time assistant manager, whose smile and great attitude will make your day!

Repeatedly asked nicely for no lettuce on both of my soft tacos. I’m highly allergic to lettuce so I can’t eat it, and when I asked for two Baja blast when I got to the drive thru I only received one. The person working the window also made it seem like I was asking him to make a trip to Mars when I asked for no lettuce.

My daughter ordered on the app from this location and accidentally hit drive thru instead of inside. She went inside to get the food and was told she needed to go wait in the drive thru line to pick up her order. Apparently it was too hard for the employee to turn around and walk 3 feet to where the order was sitting.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The staff is incredibly rude, yells at customers, and hangs up anytime you try to call about orders. I have never been treated so poorly. Orders are always messed up. Would recommend literally anywhere else.

They literally allow door dashes to come through then you don’t get a full refund and they block you when you try to figure out what happened with your order you pre scheduled hours in advance. Rudest lady on the phone this is the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever dealt with.
