Went to Buono Bistro Restaurant in North Andover for our anniversary. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.

We all tried the seafood and were quite disappointed! We were told we could add 4 Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp for $16 which sounded delicious but unfortunately was a total letdown. The stuffing was terrible and the Jumbo Shrimp was rubbery and not even close to a medium sized definitely NOT Jumbo!!!
Wild Rice had a very strange smell and taste as did the String beans which none of us could eat! The Salmons were very good but that is about it… not edible sides!
The waiter was very friendly and personal and made the experience better!

We stopped in on a Monday evening in late October while visiting the North Conway area and had an excellent experience at Merlino’s Steak House. From start to finish, everything was spot on.
We were greeted by a friendly hostess, and our server Jaimie was right there to welcome us and guide us to a comfortable table on the second floor. The staff all worked well together, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening.
We both ordered the Chicken Parmesan, which was perfectly cooked with great flavor and generous portions. My wife enjoyed a glass of Ruffino Lumina Pinot Grigio that paired perfectly with the meal. The food came out hot and fresh, and every bite was delicious.
I ordered the Apple Crisp for dessert, served warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. My wife must have mentioned it was my birthday because Jaimie added a candle, which was a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even better.
The quality and portion size made it well worth the price. Parking was convenient and the restaurant was easy to find.
This was our first visit to Merlino’s, but it definitely will not be our last. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

We had an absolutely amazing meal tonight! Our hostess and waiter were so friendly and personable and our meal as absolutely delicious. We started off with the shrimp cocktail and both had the delmonico steak with mash and asparagus. They were very busy but clearly make time for each guest with a smile. Loved it. Had the prime rib and it was tasty – I rarely, rarely eat red meat. The apple crisp was a nice treat too. Overall, it was terrific and the prices were on par for what we received. I really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere.

New restaurant #45 (in the MWV) for me. Solid first impression. Had a $100 gift card to use up so I had a few cold ones and tried the fried cheese bites, appetizer special: buffalo chicken rangoons, Bourbon Street Steak Tips and grabbed a slice of key lime pie to go. The apps were basic and so so, the Bourbon Tips with mushrooms and onions were tender n very tasty as were the sides. Service was on point, very attentive. Kinda excited to try a burger or patty melt next time!

We really wanted that pub experience, but we were escorted us upstairs away from bar/pub to an open bright dining hall type room. Not cozy or romantic but full of windows to the streets. Nice enough.
The onion soup and chili were wonderfully delicious!
The steak tips were beautifully marinated and cooked perfectly, as was the salmon.
The homemade brownie Sunday was big enough to share, and memorable for sure!

Came here for dinner after 11 hours on the road doing leaf peeping on the Kangamagus Highway in the White Mountains of NH. Needless to say we were exhausted and hungry. This family friendly steak house was the answer to our prayers. The service was superb, the delicious food came out fast and the place was bustling with activity. We ordered the 12 Oz steak special and a large garden salad. Prices were very reasonable.

We ordered the Cowboy Steak, Alfredo, Onion Rings, and French Fries around 3:30 PM, after lunch hours. The service was excellent — our server was very attentive and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious; everything we tried was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.
I checked the reviews on Google and saw they have a 4-star rating, but in my opinion, it deserves higher. Of course, in some restaurants there can be less smooth moments, especially during peak hours, but you should consider all aspects of this place — the cozy atmosphere, the quality of the dishes, and the professionalism of the staff.
My personal rating is 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — for the comfort, food, staff, and service. I highly recommend visiting this place, trying the food, and experiencing it for yourself. To the owner and the staff: thank you, and keep up the great work!
