This place was horrible and the people were even worse. I asked for well done hash browns. Got to the window and food was already ready which is usually a good thing unless you’re asking for well done then it should be taking longer. Normally, McDonalds will ask me to pull to one of the stop things to wait. I asked the guy if they were well done because that was REALLY fast. He assured me they were. I checked. They’re not. They’re not even normal cooked, they’re soggy and falling apart just touching them. He said “oh” then started closing the window. No, I’d like them actually cooked. I’m guessing the manager based on her shirt started arguing with me about it being extremely rude so I just left. There’s a whole button option to select well done.

Another updated McDonald’s with no counter, no one to take your order, and those infuriating, hard to use self serve kiosks.
You want a milkshake? It’s not a beverage, or an iced drink, its a sweet treat. Like they couldn’t put it in more than one menu. And still no one to even acknowledge that you exist . Why not just let me go out in the kitchen and get it myself?

This is my last time trying to attempt to be okay with the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Waited 25 minutes for a …. $3.50 bundle of a double cheeseburger and small fry… and get this a filet of fish. That’s it. And then this is what I got. No apology, no explanation, got to the point where people in the drive thru behind me were death glaring me because they thought I put a crazy order in. This place is an absolute mess. Had “$6 double cheese burger mael” on their store front for over a week… that’s all ya need to know.

Sunday Sept 21 an employee named Tia was working so hard and fast! Kudos to her! She was one of two people in the store and had a buried screen! She moved like a helicopter and even told me to have a good day! Food was fresh and she was fabulous! Asset to your location! Don’t let her go!

I just don’t understand. People say they want to live but this food is poison and adventure will kill you but yet they cannot stop eating it in California. You got to have a warning sign to eat this food. Animals won’t even eat this food. But people flock there with their children. They don’t smoke how they don’t drink how they want to live yet. I had high hopes for this McDonald’s. However all that was smashed when we waited around 15 minutes to place our order. And that is not an exaggeration. After ordering we waited again for our order to come which only took about five minutes. However I noticed that the car directly behind still had not ordered by the time our order came around. I think they were doing one at a time orders in the drive thru. That’s why it was so slow. So be warned when going thru the drive thru it might be awhile. Lastly my wife ordered a cheeseburger, sadly they forgot the cheese. Oh and no shakes or ice cream available here at all. Don’t expect too much from this location.

Lady half efforted my icecream, was on her phone, didn’t even wash her hands the entire time and had us sitting in the drive through for a solid 5 minutes before she even began making the ice cream, I could see she didn’t even mix it well some to find out she spinned the top and added not even a spoon of oreos. I work fast food and wouldn’t even be this careless and unprofessional.

But I’ll give credit where credit is due, it was mediocre icecream if you could get past the uneven proportions and the fact you could taste the fact her fingers went into it.

Be careful when coming here. You will get ripped off. I get the same thing every time. 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles and every McDonalds I been to was the same price. $5.10 except for this one. I will share a pic tomorrow when I go to lunch tomorrow and show you guys. I will also share a pic of tonight. So if you don’t mind getting ripped off so be it but for those that care well…..

I can’t rate the food. I am a door dasher and dread going to this store. Doesn’t matter what time of day I go. The service is rude and unprofessional. They are never kind to customers, they ignore them, and a manager or maybe shift manager talks about customers and dashers when all we all are wanting is acknowledgement. Let us know there is a wait or a hold up. Especially delivery drivers get rated and marked down for the long waits. I think regional managers should do pop in visits as a customer to see just how bad the service is.
