The place is new, clean, and well maintained. The bathrooms are spotless, which already puts it ahead of a lot of fast-food spots. It feels modern, practical, and built for real traffic, not just for pretty photos.
What’s interesting about this location is the two-in-one concept. They combined Taco Palenque and Pollo Palenque in the same restaurant. So you can order their classic tacos and piratas, or go for flame-grilled chicken and all the sides from the Pollo Palenque menu. It’s convenient—basically two strong concepts under one roof with the same familiar flavor people expect.
The food:
The taste is still solid and consistent. Well seasoned, reliable, and exactly what you expect from the brand.
The honest complaint:
The tacos keep getting smaller, with less meat, and the prices keep going up. It’s the modern fast-food formula: pay more, get less, and pretend nothing changed. The flavor is still good, but it no longer feels like the best value when there are other taquerías serving bigger portions at better prices.
Bottom line:
Clean, practical, and convenient with the two-restaurant setup. The flavor delivers, but the portions and pricing aren’t as competitive as they used to be. Still a safe choice… just not the bargain it once was. Because apparently inflation hits tacos first

I ordered pancakes with scrambled eggs and two slices of bacon? and this is what I’ve got on my tiny little cramped up plate, the most expensive dog food on the planet! I will never ever waste my money at this place again! they have gone downhill over the last 6 months I don’t know why or what is happening to this place but they’re serving absolute garbage for breakfast, I want to know how you screw up scrambled eggs like that they were half cooked and slimy, luckily the pancakes were good so I didn’t walk away starving to death, but I will say they don’t like to give you syrup for your pancakes how ridiculous! I was so disappointed and upset I didn’t even bother to tell the manager I’m just posting here..

I thought that it is too expensive. 1 beef flour faita taco was over $6.00 and not too big, it was a bit smaller than a regular size tortilla. The quality of the beef fajita was very good and very soft, that was very good. Over all. I don’t think I will be returning. For that price I rather go to Aguilars meat market and but 1/4 of their top sirloin beef fajita and professional ably get 3 regular size beef fajita tacos
But that’s just me and my opinion.

This place is a hit or miss, the food can be very delicious or it can be very bad, theres been times iv had parts of my order missing or fell a bit rushed on what to order or have made my order wrong, but whenever I bring up my concerns of the problem with my order theres always someone thats can make up for the mix up, that being an employee or manager, so i am grateful for that that there able to apologize and take action on the issue on there customer serves skills, but other than that whenever I have a good experience the food is good the customer service is grate and I get what I payed for, so like i said its a hit or miss on this place but its not terrible, like other places that dont take your issue to consideration, when it comes to a mix up or a problem with your meal or service they are grateful at hearing you out and doing something about it

Its normally good here. And the tostada chips have always been terrible across all locations. But today 5/20/25 at 08:30 pm the place was dirty the salsa bar was missing limes and cilantro and it had bad odor to it. Over all a bad experience. It felt like a cheap restaurant today. Dont come here its expensive. We didn’t mind the price but now that the service was bad, ofcourse we mind the price.
