Pretty dependable spot when you just want something quick. Drive-thru usually moves fast, orders come out hot, and the staff keeps things moving even during busy hours. The place is clean, easy to get in and out of, and it’s convenient for late-night or early-morning stops. Nothing fancy, just consistent and reliable.

You guys just suck. I’m not even mad about it anymore. at this point its funny. You used to mess up my orders regularly. then we moved across town 2 years ago. While on your side of town with my kid today , i said to myself there is no way they can still be the worst McDonalds on the planet right ? L O L! Where there is a will there is a way. newsflash , You guys are literally the worst fast food building ever. For over 5 years straight now. Thats impressive. At this point i know you guys do it on purpose. There is NO way its on accident. there is no way you cant read a screen , pick up the CORRECT ingredients , put them together and wrap it up. I have worked multiple fast food restaurants growing up. one on a busy highway. Its not hard. How hard is a double hamburger and a cheeseburger kids meal? apparently rocket science because we got a double cheeseburger and a hamburger kids meal. Finally , when my wife goes in there to get the correct food , you treat her like we messed it up , and gave her attitude. Real classy.

Can we please not allow employees to be high at work. I miss the good old days when there was actual interaction with customers and the employees weren’t so dang loud and ignorant.
They spent more time focused on telling their stupid stories than trying to make simple orders correct. I ordered two snack wrap that were spicy pepper and I get two ranch. Is it that hard? Is your life so dysfunctional that you need to be high even at a simple and easy job. Your employees can’t even be considerate to put napkins in the bag.
I’m not coming back. We are not just paying for the food. We are paying for a pleasant experience as well.

Went here and it tasted like every patty they made since the morning they didn’t clean the grill and it was absorbed in my burger this was a few days ago. There was a nice young man that answered the phone that kinda was too nice to the point. I didn’t make a review, but I’m looking back at it now and it was so bad. I almost did not wanna order McDonald’s to any location. Absolutely disgusting

I should have read the reviews before going to this McDonalds. Of course my order was wrong and I paid extra for cheese and got someone else’s plain sandwich instead. I keep calling the number and it’s a constant busy signal. That is so disappointing to not get what you order on your lunch 1/2 hour and cannot even go back to get it corrected.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.
There was an unbearable bad smell as soon as I walked in. The service was terrible, slow, and unprofessional. All the tables were dirty and greasy, and the place looked completely neglected.
This location clearly does not follow basic cleaning or hygiene standards. I left disgusted and disappointed. I will never come back and do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

They have been severely understaffed for a while. Lines of cars will be waiting for 15 minutes just to speak to someone. I’ve seen this at other locations throughout Florida so this is a corporate problem.

Yeah, I think I am done. I try not to eat a lot of fast food but the wife had a craving for a large fry and a sundae. I figure what the heck and ordered the same. They didn’t bother to tell me that they were out of the sundae cups and proceeded to serve them to me in these flimsy cardboard containers that appear to hold less product than the normal cups and don’t have a lid. I had them put them in a drink cup and despite this, one leaked all over my cars seat. I didn’t eat any fries on the way home so that I could eat with my wife. The fries looked to be about half full, were cold and soggy. This is what $17 and some change gets you at McD’s. The drive thru attendants were friendly. I am seeing pattern of their reviews and the concerns appear to be ignored.
