We stopped in at 6:31pm on 11/14/25 we went through the drive thru. My brother-inlaw wanted a double quarter pounder meal and a cup of water. They want to charge a additional .70 for a bottle of water. No offense bit it’s not hard to just get a cup of water being the drink is included in the meal. When the bag was handed out it had a substance running down the side of the bag. Then to top it off the double quarter pounder was raw meat. I have never been so disappointed until I went to call the manager and let them know but the automated thing kept saying I won 100 dollar gift card to Wall mart and I’m to press one to redeem. I didn’t want to redeem it I wanted a Manager. I’m sure if I’d have pressed one it would have said you win but pay for shipping or some crap. What a terrible time. I get it’s fast food but atleast act like you care. This has been the first time and normally I can brush stuff off but raw meat. Absolutely unexceptable

Stopped in drivethrough on my way home from work,easy in and out. Waited a few minutes, but not so long as when I tried the dining room on a past visit around 1 :30 PM and waited over 15 minutes before I realized you have to do either online order or use the computerized order stations. I suffer from painful arthritis in my hands and the system did not respond to my touch. Another waiting customer suggested I needed to carry a stylus as he left with his food. Left without any staff interaction.
Today’s visit was totally different! Drive-thru was busy but moved quickly. Staff was helpful and menu easily visible. Each staff person did their part efficiently, but interacted personally with me. Value menu options pointed out to me so I took advantage of the buy 1 get $1. Option on double cheeseburgers. Food was McDonalds good. I have returned for this same order on days off with my little dog so, he now hurries to the door when I say cheeseburger.

It was the average McDonald’s meal. Went in Sunday morning rush and still got my order taken and out the drive thru in less then 15 minutes. Although they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich they made it right and gave me the one i received first for free. Overall happy with the experience.

Convenient location from york PA to baltimore. Plenty of parking, friendly people, food is – Mcdonalds what more can I say. 3 self serve kiosks available, clean bathrooms. Located next to a gas station so it made the pit stop worth it

Normally there in no point in reviewing a McDonald’s because it’s fast food so no point in it really However this place is not a place I would recommend the at least not from this visit i got one picture which isn’t the best to show the negligence I felt this place had. The burger was smashed looking and the chicken sandwich was very sloppy with a taste that made me feel like I never want a chicken sandwich again (of course I will get it somewhere else one day but just that feeling alone sucked). The line was so long, and I got rushing to get it done, but feeling like you were rushed and not even there is another. If I didn’t look in the bag when already on the road, I would have gone back inside for it to be fixed or a refund. On the upside, they did throw in 1 extra sause

I mean the staff is nice, and the place is pretty clean, but man. What is it with making your Big Macs 90% Mac Sauce? I couldnt even eat my Big Mac as literally everything just slopped out. I picked it up and the middle bun just slid out there was so much sauce.

Don’t order a ICED LATTE here.. it is on the menu under iced coffee. in a meal they upcharge you 1.90 PLUS they put it in a small cup… not the Medium other locations do… it’s a MEDIUM ICED COFFEE!!! A LATTE IS A COFFEE BEVERAGE.
Not to mention it sucked,

When inside to order my food because I don’t use the kiosk I was completely ignored three different people walked past me didn’t greet me didn’t even give me eye contact people kept peeking out from the back saw me standing there trying to order not one single person came out and waited on me as they all stood in the back and talked about personal issues after 10 minutes of this happening over and over I just left. I could tell they just didn’t want to wait on me that they wanted me to use the kiosk maybe the issue was they just didn’t feel like doing their job
