This is my 4th or 5th time here. The fries are NEVER fresh, at least fill it up! They always mess up the order. How hard is it to bag what you read? Stale fries and cold food. When you call to get a hold of someone the line is always busy. Cars in drive thru take too long. If it’s a mobile order lines should move faster.

To be fair, I don’t usually eat mcdonalds… in town for work and there aren’t a lot of options for lunch or early breakfast. This restaurant has pretty decent food quality (for McDonald’s), however the restaurant is not very clean and they sometimes have issues printing receipts.

I am writing to formally document a very disappointing experience at this location—an experience serious enough that I will not be returning unless meaningful changes are made.

I arrived at 6:20 PM and waited twenty minutes just to reach the speaker. I did not pull up to the final window until 6:51 PM, and although the employee at the window was polite, I still did not receive my order until 6:56 PM. In total, I spent nearly 40 minutes in a drive-thru for a basic order, which is unacceptable for any quick-service establishment.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food only made the situation worse. My fries were cold and soggy, the “large” fry was barely half full, and the burgers—requested plain—were made incorrectly and prepared in an extremely careless manner. The drinks were so watered down from melted ice that they were essentially unusable. Despite the excessive wait, items were still nearly missed, and the order accuracy was poor.

This level of operational breakdown is indicative of serious deficiencies in management, staffing, and process structure. Whatever systems are in place at this location are not functioning, and the customer experience reflects that. If this were my franchise, I would be deeply concerned by these results.

I have been to many locations across the state, and this one is consistently the poorest performing. At this point, I will be driving to the HTC location instead, as it is significantly more reliable.

I hope corporate leadership will review this location’s performance and take corrective action. No customer should have an experience like this.

I ordered 2 McRibs and they gave me a bun in a box. They gave no receipt. There is no way to leave feedback or report. No number to call. The website you mentioned is also unavailable. Paid $8 for a bun.

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Food was lukewarm at best, missing bacon. My sweet tea with Lemonade( is made behind the counter) wasn’t with my food so I tried getting the attention of 4 seperate employees to ask for it, all of them ignored me before one finally came back around then when I got that and realized I was missing bacon I went back up to ask for it and was told we’ll get you some. I waited another 20 minutes only to get asked 4 times after that what I was waiting on and never did get my bacon. I finally just left. Every employee was ignoring customers and had lots of messed up orders with missing items. They were also full of attitude slinging stuff around all over the place. Definitely needs better management, and employees all around.

After much experience this is the Worst McDonald’s around. Rude employees who won’t even look at you when standing at the front. Waited over 10+ mins for a door dash order and not one person said a word to me until I had to get someone’s attention just to see what was going on or if the order was ready. Even then I was met with rudeness. Guy making it was annoyed that I asked but god forbid a customer needs SERVICE, moving slower than ever, gossiping with everyone around him, when I said I’ve been waiting over ten mins this girl with red hair and pigtails said “well yeah there’s only 3 people here” well then why did I just see you standing on your phone and texting for 3+ mins? If you’re that busy and behind why are we pulling out our phones, right in front of the same customers you’re ignoring?
Why can’t anyone at this location acknowledge people standing in the front needing help? If you’re behind why can’t the employees communicate that? If you see me standing there very obviously waiting on an order and I’ve been there for a while, acknowledge it. That is very basic customer service in which this McDonald’s location severely lacks. Would have a lot less upset customers if they would act like they can talk to people. They do every thing they can to avoid talking to any customer what so ever. Place was very dirty as well. Pass on this one.

It is McDonalds so you know what you are getting. I have rarely eaten inside at this location and it is almost always a drive through visit. I decided to leave the review and give them 5 Stars because in all the times I have been there I dont recall them ever getting my order wrong. Thats pretty impressive for a fast food restaurant these days.
