Why can’t they figure out how to find the table?? Please train your staff. The play structure is in its own room where you can’t hear the counter yelling and multiple times I’ve had staff tell me they were yelling my name and didn’t know where to bring the food. But the app says it’s going to bring it to the table I showed one lady where the number on the receipt is and on the table but idk how this is missed in training. No one seems to know how to do it here.

Took our granddaughters for lunch after church. Employees were pleasant and the restaurant was very clean in the front. Clean dining area, clean play area clean restrooms . We thanked the kind maintenance gentleman that was there for all of his hard work. You can tell someone is working to make this McDonald’s better. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch.

I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals in the drive-through, but they were out of every sauce except buffalo and honey mustard. My wife strongly prefers ranch, but we made do and selected honey mustard. I was pulled over for fries, which meant they would be fresh—a small win.
After a 15-minute wait, they brought me the wrong bag and no honey mustard. I asked for the sauce again. When I offered to get it myself, an employee told me they were out of honey mustard. I then asked for the ranch used on their snack wrap, and she bizarrely claimed the ranch snack wrap doesn’t come with ranch. Frustrated, I decided to take ketchup instead and asked them to remake the food since they had handed my order to someone else previously.
They took my bag, tossed it onto the counter, and I stood there for another 15 minutes. The employee took both the new bag and the old one to the back. Assuming she wasn’t being watched, she put the old food into the new bag. I was furious but too tired to argue, so I took the bag and threw it away at the Wendy’s down the road. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I wish I had gotten their names, but I will never return to that location; I will stick to the location by Walmart from now on.

$20 wasted! Ordered a double QP and Mcdouble meals. Both burgers were cold and not fixed how they were ordered. To add insult to injury I paid extra for a few pieces of whizzled up lettuce and a 1/2 teaspoon of mac sauce on one burger and barely any on the other. Wow….is it really that difficult to read a screen and follow instructions ♀️ ♀️. So done with this McDonald’s! I never make it home with what I order or how I order it. The young lady that took my order is the reason you got a 3 for service.

DO NOT PLACE MOBILE ORDERS AT THIS STORE! The management are more than happy to basically steal from you.
I placed a mobile order earlier for drive-thru. The total was about $20. Once I pulled up and gave the code, I was asked to come inside because they apparently couldn’t find my order in their system. I came inside and showed them my confirmation notification, email, AND text message. Money had even been taken out of my account already for it.
The manager I spoke to absolutely refused to give me any direction or help. She would not give me a refund or my order. She also wouldn’t tell me any sort of way to fix this. She eventually threw her hand up in my face, said “I’m done,” and stormed back in the kitchen.
No food. No refund. Not a clue of how to get it fixed. I’m never coming here again. This location is run like a circus compared to the McDonald’s across town. The management always have a nasty attitude and don’t care about the quality of their work.

Waited 45 min to an hour for food and one my siblings didn’t even get her meal because they took forever. Cared more about the doordash and uber drivers then about their own in house customers. Then after all of this consistently asked for a receipt for our food which we didn’t have and they said they didn’t have because it went past the 30 minute time limit off the app because like i said they took forever.

Twice in a row ordered sausage, egg, & cheese McGriddle. Folded egg had zero flavor. Also, if you order orange juice to drink, be forewarned, it is probably 80% water and tastes putrid. It happened to my daughter twice before she told me. The mark-up on drinks is astronomical anyway so it’s a shame this location repeatedly does this. My daughter loves the steak bagel.

Dirtiest and most run down looking McDonald’s I’ve been to. Ordered from them several times and only two times have i gotten what I ordered. They don’t train properly here, and the food stays out for hours without them changing. I guarantee they’re reusing lettuce, tomatoes and the like. My last two daily doubles had rotten soft tomatoes. I’ll get a Pic update next order.
