We are a Liberty Lions Soccer family and enjoy going to tailgaters after games. The food and service are always excellent!
We were just there post game on 1/14 and the team at Tailgaters took care of our players and parents. We had a large group and were well cared for by Justin (incredible Manager!), Arianna and Bri (patient, kind and friendly servers) and Casey (great bartender serving excellent drinks). We are so grateful for their support of our Liberty Lions soccer Program!

First time coming in, the restaurant was really busy! Sat at the bar, Alyssa was our bartender and provided the best service I’ve ever had! The bar was completely full and we never had empty drinks and always had everything we needed. She was so friendly and attentive, I was very impressed! The food was delicious and loved atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming into tailgaters especially if Alyssa is your bartender!

We typically go to the location in Surprise, but after a day of OHV riding we decided to stop and check out this location. First thought was parking was a breeze even with our truck and trailer. While we did have to park a little farther out it was a short walk to the door. I loved how much larger and bright this one is. There was a sign letting us know we could sit anywhere. We were greeted as well upon entry. Our server came over pretty quick, took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu . We ordered a medium pizza, hot wings and a garden salad. All of our food came out pretty fast and was great. Our server lagged a little bit after our food was dropped off and we didn’t see much of her. I loved how many TVs, projectors etc there were so I didn’t have to struggle to watch any. I was surprised it wasn’t too loud either which was great to hold conversation.

We had a blonde waitress spill an entire tray of drinks on two of our group and all over the table. I our new Manager (Caucasian guy) who just started this past month is the only reason I’m giving five stars. His quick response and comps due to the incident were amazing. Even with a spill he gets a five star. Good hire! He is awesome!

We were back at Tailgaters a couple Fridays ago and had the pleasure of being helped by Ariana, and she was absolutely wonderful.
She was extremely attentive, checked in on us often without being overbearing, and made sure our food and drinks were always taken care of. On top of that, she was very personable and easy to talk to — the kind of server that makes you feel genuinely welcome, not rushed.
She’s newer, but you would never know it. She handled everything confidently and professionally, and it was clear she really cares about providing great service. We even got to chat a bit and learned she plays volleyball (which instantly earned bonus points from me ).
If you’re dining at Tailgaters, definitely ask for Ariana — she did an outstanding job and deserves recognition. We’ll absolutely be happy to have her again.

We are so disappointed. We go to this location regularly as it is our oldest son’s favorite place. Tonight when we arrived we were seated at a booth. About 2 minutes after being seated we were asked to move to another booth, without explanation , but we obliged. The booth we were moved to was disgusting. It was filled with food from the previous customers and crawling with ants! My 13 year old was bitten by an ant! We informed the hostess and asked to move. We were moved to a small booth. So, we were 3 adults 1 teenager and 1 kid shoved into a booth for 4. This booth hadnt been cleaned as there was still the check from previous customers at the table along with an empty cup and used napkin. No one brought us menus or acknowledged us. After sitting there for 15 minutes we got the attention of a waitress walking by and asked if we were going to be served. She informed us she wasn’t our server but would take our order. As she was taking our order the guy who was actually assigned as our server said “I got this”. The female server left. The male waiter didn’t apologize for his lack of attention and took our order. When our food came out our wings didn’t even have sauce on them. The food was so so. We had to ask the waiter to take the previous customers receipt/bill off the table and just ignored the used cup and napkin as the employees obviously don’t care about customers or their experience. It was so bad that even though we have loved this place before, we won’t be coming back. I dont know if they have new management or what but its was dirty, full of bugs and trash with poor service. And not once did anyone apologize or offer something to make up for the ants and multiple times we had to move. My advice, go elsewhere, unless you enjoy other people’s used cups and napkins and being bitten by ants while you eat.

I had never actually been inside Tailgater’s before—though I think I had their pizza once in the past. Recently, I stopped in for drinks with a friend, and I’m glad we did. The atmosphere was super laid-back, and everyone—from the bartender to the other patrons—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We ended up ordering some pizza while we were there, and it hit the spot. It’s definitely a cool, chill place to hang out. I’d absolutely go back again.

the restaurant is big and spacious. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The food was good and the prices were great. They have a lot of daily specials
on the menu.

Updated Review – Outstanding Service and True Commitment to Improvement
I’m updating my review because I believe in being fair and giving credit where it’s due.
My family and I have been coming to Tailgaters almost every Friday for the past five years. It’s our family night and my husband and I’s version of a “date night,” even with our kids in tow. We genuinely love this place — the atmosphere, the food, the sports, and especially the staff.
After a less-than-great experience a couple of months ago, I shared some concerns in a previous review. Since then, we’ve been back several times, and I can confidently say that the experience has done a complete turnaround.
Dustin has been incredibly accommodating and attentive. He now regularly comes by our table to check in, makes sure we’re enjoying our food, and ensures everything is going well. Requests are handled promptly, seating has been thoughtful and family-friendly, and overall the service has been outstanding. It’s clear that he listened, took feedback seriously, and made a real effort to improve — and that deserves recognition.
As always, the servers continue to be fantastic — friendly, attentive, and consistently great with our kids. That’s a huge reason we keep coming back.
Tailgaters truly is a place we enjoy spending time as a family, and we’re happy to say it feels welcoming again. The last few visits have been nothing short of excellent, and we’re more than comfortable returning to our usual Friday night tradition here.
Thank you to the team for listening and for stepping up. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way, and we’re glad to continue supporting a place we’ve loved for years.

Went to lunch at 12 on 12/19. Ordered philly cheesesteak, fries to eat in and chicken wings to go. The food was delicious and hot as usual. Wings were prepared & ready to go before finishing meal. Waitress Yory was as friendly and efficent as usual. Some waitstaff make the work look hard, Yory makes it look easy with an awesome attitude.
