Wow, what a wonderful lunch we had. They started us off with house chips and salsa. We ordered a bowl of texas chili and a bowl of posole both were very tasty. The service was totally awesome as well. We highly recommend eating here as the rest of the menu looks as appetizing as what we ate.

Stopped in for a little lunch with my sister and niece. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and the service was good. I had the carnitas tacos which were tasty with their roasted salsa. My niece’s burger tastes like freshly grilled meat over an open flame, yummy. My sister’s BLT was loaded. I understand it’s Santa Fe, but it is a bit pricey compared to other places. Expect about $15 – $20 per entree, with significant bumps with any additions and substitutions. Probably won’t be back for a good while.

I did not go in so I cant rate everything, but I did order a couple burgers
They were pretty good could use a little more seasoning as they are bigger burgers. (Atleadt some s&p)
They packed my bun and toppings separately tho and in paper bags which was kinda strange to me. (Like sliced tomatoes and all that in a bag)
I understand buns can fall apart and i did get a gluten free bun, but they also packed the non gluten one like that..
Good looking out but im not sure its that helpful considering my burger still fell apart just from the size and toppings .
I think I prefer all the topping on the burger or with it and its ok if the bun is separate, this just complicates things if ur in the car or dont have many napkins.. I ended up eating the last of it with a fork anyways… Good burgers are usually messy anyway.
Will have to go in and try some more stuff & check the place out.
They have gluten free options, unsure about their fryer and if its shared.
Also I’m unsure what they mean by home fries on the menu online… I was not sure if they had battered fries but it appears they use regular potatoes as their French fries (The best way to do it really) , kinda wish they were cooked a lil longer but they were also good.
The red chile they had was good, didnt try the green but I’m a rojo person anyhow.
It looks like they have vegetarian options, will explore them in the future
Their slaw was not what I was expecting, it was a good slaw but under seasoned but also sort of a lightly pickled thing going on, very wet but it was kind of a refreshing thing rather than a creamy coleslaw, would have likes a larger portion (if its replacing fries there aught to be more of it)

Santa Fe Bite is hands-down my favorite spot in Santa Fe. The burger was absolutely amazing – juicy, flavorful, and easily the best burger I’ve had in town. The apple pie with ice cream was perfect too: warm, comforting, and the ideal finish to the meal. On top of the great food, the service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic burger and dessert in Santa Fe

The moment you walk into this place, there is a feeling like you are at home. Maybe because of all the plants and I’m such a plant parent. Other than that very spacious friendly and delicious food. Mind you this was a first for me and a couple of my friends. This lovely place was introduced by some good friends of ours and we went together and had a fun time. This will definitely be our go to when visiting Santa Fe and it’s a must.

While passing through Santa Fe we found this little spot to eat and it did not disappoint! Food was incredible and cooked perfectly. Food was cooked and brought out to the table incredibly quick. Our waitress was very sweet and on top of everything. So glad we didn’t miss out on this delicious food. And the Route 66 and dinosaur decor was super cute! They also had a chalkboard in the restroom to leave compliments and notes. Would definitely visit again.

The green chili cheese burger here left a lot to be desired. Not sure why it was highly rated. The burger patty itself wasn’t seasoned at all. The green chili seemed like just plain cold canned chopped green chilis. It didn’t taste roasted or nothing. We got the fries which were little chopped up pieces of potato. We expected actual fries. It was difficult to eat potato bits with a burger.
The service was really slow.
And to top it off, it was really expensive. Not worth it in my opinion. There are better options.

This new location is town is much more roomier and in a better location when it comes to parking. The manager and the staff all were very professional and attentive. Our waiter was on top of our needs and our refreshment were always full. They have a wide variety of selection in the menu. They also have deserts and you can buy the whole cake as a piece. I would definitely recommend this place and return when we are in town.

We’ve been eating at The Bite since they were out at Bobcat Crossing. They’re more than just a burger joint, and have great fish and chips, chicken, and New Mexican faves. If you’re in the mood for beef, try the steak sandwich. Perfectly cooked and dressed with onions and chipotle aiolii – it’s delish! I ordered a side of cole slaw and a prickly pear cider to go with it. My dinner partner had the patty melt and said it was yummy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and if you have room, the desserts are awesome!
