The food was great the problem was that we ordered 3 large mashed potatoes and they were about half full. They didn’t fill them all the way so we paid for 3 large and maybe got 1 1/2 total if we put them all together. Really crappy of them! When you spend 75 bucks you expect to get everything full! The bad thing was, was that my daughter picked it up cause I called it in, So by the time she got back home which is not in Lake Charles and it was late I wasn’t gonna make her go back. I’ll make sure it’s full next time cause we will check before we leave.

We stopped here enroute from New Orleans returning to Texas . We had such a nasty experience at the one on Canal St that we wanted to make sure and get Popeyes before we returned because all of ours in Beaumont, TX are all closed.
This particular one was better, although a lot of them.must be extremely short staffed because it was awhile before we were waited on. But our chicken was FRESH AND HOT, and our red beans and rice were well worth the wait. The apple pie and Jalapeños were on point but the strawberry lemonade was wonderful. We actually are praying that Popeye’s returns to our area soon.

I’m reaching out to share a concern about my recent experience at your drive-thru. When I arrived, the ordering screen appeared to be turned off or not working. I placed my order, pulled up to the window, and paid—then I was asked to back up so I wouldn’t be visible at the window.
After paying, I waited over 25 minutes to receive my food. I’m not asking for anything free; however, an apology or acknowledgment of the delay would have gone a long way.
During the time I was waiting, I observed approximately 13–15 cars leave without ordering, and I also saw a group get out of their car to walk inside because no one was taking orders. It gave the impression that the shift was not being managed with urgency or care.
If this were my business, I would want to know when customer service and order flow are being impacted like this. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it can be addressed moving forward.

ordered sweet tea and a custom 9pc box. might as well have bought water since thats what the tea tasted like, as well as with no ice in it. instead of 3 drumsticks in my box i in turn got 5 wings and only 1 drumstick. i was very disappointed since i especially paid $25 in total for a shitty dinner.

I did the app with a pickup in the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece. Got home to find that they gave me a 2 piece with no biscuit. I know I should have checked before i left. They always mess up something here. Failure is more consistent than the chicken.

HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! Did an online order and when I pulled in to pickup my order I decided to go inside because the drive thru line was long. Me and another gentleman went to the door and it was locked. A worker did eventually come to the door and unlock it. The drive thru was so backed up because the young drive thru worker was cursing out the elderly lady in the drive thru. When I was finally asked what I needed and told them my order I was told there was no chicken in the store besides wings!!!! I do not want wings as that is not what I ordered. This was the absolute worst experience ever!!!!! I contact customer service as I did not receive my order that was $24.52 and they want to offer me a $20 gift card!!!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT A GIFT CARD, I WANT MY $24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION WHATSOEVER!!!! NO EVEN TO USE THE BATHROOM!!!!! HORRIBLE

General manager charging 25 cents per honey packet is absurd. Just to make sure it wasn’t a company wide thing, I traveled to another location and they were shocked that this location was charging for honey. I understand limiting the amount of honey you give to customers but charging 25 cents per pack is crazy. The guy at the window said, “four for one dollar.” Like are yall for real? Thankfully the other location gave me some honey and apologized for the experience I had at this location. If it’s not a company policy, why are you charging????
