Vary nice visit. The place was clean workers where freindly they do not have spoons thay have forks and sporks but where out of sporks. all good we had some in the vehicle, the reason I’m hitting them on score is the Dyson blow dryer was broken but thay did have napkins

Stopped while traveling, decided to dine in. Bad decision, as the drive thru was moving quickly. Inside, I arrived after several large group orders had been received. Staff was sufficient, however the large call in orders had slowed the kitchen. My personal order was 17 minutes getting to me. Staff was apologetic. Food was very good.

The food was delicious, but the manager, I think her name was Brittney, was in a bad mood. We eat at the restaurant in Quinton very often, and because we had a Taco Bell bag, she came over yelling horrible things at us. That’s not a good attitude for a manager. If she had approached us calmly and told us that we couldn’t bring food from another restaurant, I would have understood, but she came over yelling. I will never go back to that restaurant. I hope the owners do something about this; their employees shouldn’t be racist.

The fries are delicious, but everytime I’ve come through here after 5pm, the line and wait is ridiculously long. Even when it was just me in the line and no one else, it was still at least a 10 minute wait. I’m not sure what’s going on with that, but it’s happened every time so far in the evenings.

I normally don’t bother reviewing fast food chain restaurants, the reviews are rarely used by people making a decision on where to eat. BUT, today was such a terrible experience at this Bonangles location, I could not let it ride. The serving line was a disaster, completely trashed with no employee making an attempt to clean or restock while they worked. Very disorganized expediter, drinks were coming out wrong, meals coming out wrong, out of nearly every sauce when requested. And the chicken sandwich I had was a very dry, small, oddly shaped piece that I felt robbed by after eating. Never will I visit this bonangles again…and based on others reviews, regional managers need to step in…

This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a while. The staff were in good spirits, actually having fun at work, which was nice to see.
I had a chicken rice bowl, and it was really good, while only being $6.99. Their tea remains fabulous.
The cinnamon twists were hot and fresh. I’m a happy camper today!

Bo’s Cajun Fried Chicken is probably up in my top three favorite fried chicken places for over 40 years. The biscuits are always perfect.
Montrece was exceptionally kind and attentive. Gave us a better option for what we wanted to order and she nailed it.
Only confusion is, my wife says Bojangle’s store policy is for guests’ to leave their trash on the tables to be disposed of regularly by staff. That’s great of you, when you aren’t busy and the drive-thru line isn’t wrapped around the store.
But I found a full bag of trash on a high-top counter, several receipts and crumpled napkins on the floor and two napkins outside.
Wouldn’t it be a much nicer world if people were a bit more thoughtful and considerate and cleaned up after themselves like most of humanity?
I don’t believe we have any Bojangle’s near Lancaster, PA, which just means we’ll have to keep stopping on the way home from vacation.

My only gripe with Bojangles is the coleslaw they put on their BBQ Sandwiches. I forgot to tell them to leave it off and it sucked.

This Bojangles has a pretty easy access off of Route 64. I absolutely love their dirty rice, that stuff is kickin! Ordered a 2-piece dinner today with dirty rice. Chicken is pretty good. Saddest thing was the size of the leg I had today. It must have been from a chick. They’re blueberry biscuits in the morning are to die for. Services typically pretty quick through the drive-thru. It’s fast food you should know what you’re getting.

Low rating due to some major health concerns and some staff in the kitchen thinks they are at home using f-bombs repeatedly for no reason. There were patrons in the dining area . Everyone can hear your vulgarites. Grow up and act professionally. There seems to be a couple leaks or was a couple and the ceiling tiles are covered in mold right near the air vents. Especially bad for employees that have to be in the building all day. Also bathroom was dirty and one stall didn’t have toilet paper. I got my food in a timely manner and the kid that took my order was friendly. *Will revise if changes are made the next time I come thru AND there is acknowledgement from owner or general manager, etc *
