Came here off a whim! The rural hall location was closed on Sunday, so this place was our next try. I ordered a cheese pizza. My test on any Italian branded restaurant, because an Italian restaurant without good pizza isn’t much hope for the rest of the menu. My family and I ordered and had food on the table within 5 minutes. This was salad and appetizers, and beers and drinks of course. THE BEST pizza in the area! I had Peroni on tap, which is always a great option. Had the pizza within 10 minutes after the appetizers came! Food was amazing and service was great! Not remembering what our waitress’s name was, but it was Sunday and I think we were seated in Table 10, and she was amazing. Helpful, answered questions and was all around a sweetheart. Will definitely be back and will tell my friends who live in Mt. Airy about this place! Found a new family favourite for Italian food!

We’ve been eating at Little Italy in King for a long time, and no matter what we order, the food is always delicious. The whole family there is incredibly friendly—especially Joe, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers.
This past Saturday, we got hit with a lot of snow and our daughter’s birthday party arrangements were canceled. Joe welcomed us in without hesitation and helped us out by selling us several large pizzas and wings so we could still celebrate her big day.
We are so appreciative of their generosity and willingness to help make our daughter’s birthday as special as possible despite the circumstances. Little Italy is more than just great food—it’s a place that genuinely cares about its community. Highly recommend!

I liked the food here, I ordered Chicken Piccada – lemon paste with onions, sorrel and peas. Previously in the reviews it looked different, so I’ll add a photo for a better understanding of what you get. We also received a gift from the chef – delicious bruschetta, and also ordered ranch salad and lasagna. I’ll attach all the photos. Let me add that everything was prepared very quickly!

AUTHENTIC nyc style pizza. We have ordered pizza to go here several times. The quality is consistent. Delicious, high quality dough, sauce, cheese. Not sure if it is cooked in a charcoal oven or not but it sure looks and tastes like it. Dave Portnoy should review it. Five stars. Thanks.

The salads were generous and yummy, and each of the entrees were fantastic.
Every server checked on us as they went by, and all seemed happy to be helping!

Food was bland and the server was absent. Even when we were one of the three tables there. The garlic wasn’t fresh and the sauce was tasted a little sour. They serve great pizza to go. But if you want good pasta and decent service of recommend going elsewhere

The food and the service was absolutely amazing. My wife ordered the eggplant parmesan and I asked for Chicken Piccada which was not on the menu and to my surprise the owner said he would make it for me. Both dishes were the real deal and delicious. We have been looking for a REAL Italian restaurant since we moved to NC from NJ and finally found one. It was a 35 minute drive but well worth the trip.Deliziosa cucina casalinga provalo ti piacerà.
