This place is awful. I haven’t had a famous bowl in many years. But I know it used to come with a lot more than three pieces of chicken. Cheap sorry kfc location. Dont waste your money!

Me and my husband a kids when there no welcome to the restaurant and my husband ordered all extra crispy chicken and didn’t get it. Half the food was cold and just all around rude people in there working. Do better k.f.c

I hate they give you star options because what do you give a place who gives you cold, dry inedible food. I placed it online and came to pick it up, I’m told it wasn’t ready they had to drop wings. Ok cool I’ll wait they will be fresh that’s what I wanted but no I got out of 12 3 fresh wings and the rest is dry, cold and the texture of the skin feels almost rubbery. Corporate did nothing but nothing even after pictures and the manager admitting to my food being bad. This is wrong and I’m not letting it go.

I agree with a lot of the other comments: I order a lot of food for my large family of 8 I went through the drive thru they didn’t have everything I wanted to order so they split it with crispy and original which I’m absolutely ok with. They did say I’d have to wait if I wanted all crispy and that was normal as my order was large so I was fine with splitting it up. The young girl they sent out with my bags had a heck of a time bringing out bags she struggled I’m kinda shocked they sent her out in the evening time with such a large order and no help.. my original chicken box was hot hot and my crispy one wasn’t then I had a bag with all the sides. We get home not far anway and the original chicken was slimy but hot and the crispy was very lukewarm like it was sitting in the heater the longest. The sides had opened in the bag so some of it spilled the sides were good though still warm but the biscuits were dry and almost rock solid

Terrible customer service from 1 individual ! I went to this location and asked for a large Mashed Potatoes with cheese in it the older lady had an attitude and just said “We don’t do that”. My wife explained its literally the same thing as a Famous bowl just without the chicken or corn. A younger lady was helping us and the older lady came to the window AGAIN saying they cant do it but the younger lady explained the famous bowl example and the older lady rudely says “Well its gonna be more money” ….KFC please teach your employees better customer service did not get her name.

This is my second time going to this location and having a problem with the food, I usually go to the Auburndale KFC which I have never had an issue. I ordered a 8 piece meal extra crispy and the skin of the chicken had fallen off of most of the chicken and there is literally oil at the bottom of the container of chicken. I did not receive the 4 piece biscuits with my order. I have been calling for the past 20 minutes and the phone has a busy signal. Unfortunately my car is in the shop and I used Uber eats to have my food delivered otherwise I would have returned this horrible food.

2-piece combo for two. The chicken was so fresh and tasty. Sides were mashed potatoes and coleslaw and we loved them too. The biscuit was hot and fluffy. We both enjoyed our meal. Oh yes the sweet tea was just the way I like it. I will return to Kentucky Fried on Cypress Garden Blvd Walmart Center.

Every time I go to this KFC I always get chicken fall apart. They don’t ask you. What kind do you want? They don’t give you a receipt and why do the chicken look like this? I always go to the one in Arbordale because the chicken always look good taste good and everything but every time going to this one on Cypress Boulevard the chicken look like this. I gave it to my doll. I don’t have money to be spinning on Food that looks a hot mess to get us sick and my kids and stuff they need to get their business right now look at this chicken. I can’t eat this. I can’t take this to my employers.

Workers are always rude and are always getting orders wrong. get people that can read a screen also don’t ever dine in because you’ll be waiting for a long time to place a order they care more about there drive thru
