Dined here for lunch after visiting Mount Rainier. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean—Something I don’t usually see much in a majority of McDonald’s locations. The food was good too.

The service has consistently gotten worse over the past year. As a food service worker I try to be understanding, but when you only have so much money to spend it really makes it not worth it to spend money when the foods cold, I have to go back for forgotten items, and they only give me half the food remade so its still cold half way through eating since half of it made a whole round trip back with me. At least the girl at the counter apologized.

At 1023 pm on February 16th 2026 we came through the drive thru with a $43.09 order I was just released from the hospital and all I had was 3 $100 dollar bills. I handed them a 0ne hundred dollar bill and was told they would not take it even tho one guy making the mcflurry said yes take the money. It is not hard to check if it is real. There are NO signs saying no large bills. This is wrong I should NOT have been turned away and yet here we are. No food and very angry! I will not come back even with smaller bills or a card.

Went for breakfast and wanted an egg and cheese breakfast meal. I was told that’s not an option so I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal but put the sausage on the side. I got my meal and was given a plain biscuit with plain egg and sausage on the side. Definitely not a good breakfast.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s twice now. I live in the Kent/Auburn area and the differences are staggering. Food cooked fresh and done right, and the people at this location are nice, kind, personable and smile. The restaurant was also cleaner than most I’ve been too, almost like people take pride in this location. I’ll be back!

Whomever is in charge here runs a TIGHT ship. The best mckds experience I’ve ever had. The staff was ODD and jittery, like they feared their leader and customer service was the only thing they lived for. My burger was pretty and everything!

Only reason I knocked a star off is due to my sandwich nearly hanging off one side of the bun. They could’ve taken 2 extra seconds to kind of almost attempt to center it.

The bathrooms are unisex. Clean. Took advantage of the Two for $5.00 deal. I had A Fish sandwich and a Quarter Pounder with a large Coke. Only $6.54 . The service was really good. A nice choice chairs to choose from.
