I mean it’s a Dairy Queen for goodness sake. Why give it a five-star rating?
They had minimal staffing that night. People decided to chill out with ice cream after Mardi gras. The place was going crazy but the staff dug in and really serviced their clients. How much different can ice cream parlors be? What makes them special is what the staff put into it.

I took a group of 23 high school students with 3 adults to eat at Dairy Queen in Natchez on our field trip of the Natchez Trace. Everyone was nice. The food was good. Every order was quick and correct. We were on a time crunch and were in and out in 35 minutes. The service was impressive.

This has to be the most poorly managed Dairy Queen ever. I made a mobile order and have literally waited over 30 mins for 4 blizzards. The last time I was here we waited an hour for our food. The time before that same story. Do better.

We were on a trip and decided we wanted a milkshake. What an ordeal we had here. My girlfriend has the app and had an offer for a free small shake. When we went to pay it only took $.70 off. They needed a manager to get things straight. Took forever but she got the shake for free and we finally got out of there.

The girls there are always nice and helpful with every order! Breakfast is the best, but do miss having ham on the menu!!! Plus, double order on certain breakfast items so you don’t run out, or run low on our favorite items, BACON, FYI… Still love yal and will be coming back, regardless!

Visited today at approximately 3pm. Waited about 15 minutes before someone took my order at the drive through. Service is entirely too slow. Ordered sweet tea just to get to the window to be told they don’t have any. Why wouldn’t they? The store has several employees and someone should’ve noticed that the tea was out. There were 2 cars got out in line refusing the long wait. So you’re losing business due to poor service.

When i ordered my ice cream, I was told the ingredients were not available, as was my second option. Apparently they were out of most ingredients. Usually love Dairy Queens, but not happy with our visit to this one.

0 stars. They have no hand wash in the whole building. I asked for it to be refilled and she never would bring me any. Then I asked how they wash their hands and she said we have a station back here so I asked they could give me a cup of soap so we could wash our hands and she said they didn’t have any soap in the back either. That’s is very gross and unsanitary.
