I went to this location with my mom, we love tropical smoothie. But this was absolutely awful, the service was bad. We got quesadillas not even half full, our smoothies tasted like watered down peanut butter, and a watered blueberry. NOTHING like what we normally experience when we go. This location is terrible. Not to mention, it was not very busy. And took forever for the smoothies to come out. To taste like that. The guy who put our smoothies out and called our name was VERY rude as well. Will not be back at this location, and I don’t recommend you go to this one.

I recently purchased a couple smoothies at this location. As I was drinking my smoothie, I sucked through the straw a small round piece of metal, looked like a small piercing, but not for sure. But luckily I did not swallow this!. I was proactive and letting the manager know of this location and she was very apologetic and seemed concerned and said that she would send me out a $25 gift card for this mishap
It has been over a month now, and I have even followed back up with the manager and got no response. I feel this is very bad business practice as a business owner myself and if you tell someone that you’re going to send a person a $25 gift card, I think it’s in your best interest to follow through with that. Otherwise, the concern and the apologies was not really a concern after all, I will not return to this location. I was reading through some of the reviews before I left this review and there is quite a few bad reviews here.

I order from this location this morning. I order was supposed to be delivered, but the store made a mistake and put it as pick up instead of delivery. I ask for my money back and was told “they don’t do refunds on orders that was already made”. I will never order from this place again. How can a company take people hard working money when they are the one that made the mistake. This location is a joke.

Placed an online order of over $100 for a work lunch and 4 meals were wrong not being able to be eaten! 7 smoothies arrived with no straws! Called for hours to reach the store and they phone is off the hook. Terrible place do not eat here!!

I have always loved the food spent alot of money here but today go in order two meals with two smoothies and when I arrive home pick up my smoothie and my acai berry boost starts coming out all over me and my car I called and someone calls me a liar how am I going to get this out in between seat and console in my car the lady there claims its not her problem Because it would be all over her floor well no it would not because it had to melt a little and called me liar I will never spend another dime here unprofessional and appalled your cup had a cut of some kind of bottom from faulty styrofoam and Im called a liar unbelievable!!
Adding to my review because I was never contacted or did they try to make right but you need to do something about the management in this store they are hateful to some of your biggest customers do something??

This is just a tad go investigate your store been a GM at many restaurants myself and the way customers are treated is ridiculous!!

The wait at the drive thru was a half hour. I’m handicapped and had my dog with me, so I couldn’t go in. I won’t go back there and nobody else should. At $7 for a smoothie, you should expect to be treated decently.

I gave a five star for the service I received today because the woman who was in the drive thru today was amazing! She gave the best experience at this location. But I have to say that I quit going to this location all together because of the owner! I got tired of getting rude service and couldn’t stand watching how the owner spoke to her employees!!! No wonder they change employees all the time! Who would want to be treated the way she treats them? My family used to go often until every time we went we’d hear how she not only talks to the employees but also customers. I’m glad that today’s experience was wonderful! Whoever was working the drive thru around 1130am today was so sweet, kind and just a joy to interact with. Maybe if the owner stops working in the store we’d have more interactions like the one today!!!
