We had a great brunch at Brownstone Pancake Factory.
The mocha was fantastic. The Buffalo chicken mac & cheese, Red Velvet fried Oreo pancake, and Jersey chicken pancake were top-notch. The kale burger and chicken burger with bacon were good.
The chocolate milkshake was very good and not too sweet. The surprise birthday song with sparklers was a lovely touch, and the customer service was excellent.
Overall, a wonderful brunch experience—highly recommended

This place is phenomenal as crowded as it gets. I find the service is to be excellent everyone from their hostess to their waiter and waitress. I’m assuming the kitchen staff is amazing too because the food always comes out fresh not too cold not too hot just right they’ve never gotten my order wrong, but this was my second time at the brownstone in freehold and I tried their pistachio pancakes and I must say it’s amazing. Give it a shot because it’s not made with your everyday pancake mix. It’s actually made with pistachio pancake batter. It’s not too sweet and it’s not too bland. It’s just right if you love pistachio as I do and their big breakfast is also pretty damn good everything from their home fries to the omelette to their bread to bacon everything is super fresh. It’s definitely worth every single penny and like I said, everyone is friendly, including their hostess the person that greet you in the front.

My son brought me here for a birthday brunch. The meal and the atmosphere were wonderful. The staff brought out my entree with sparklers on it. Very much appreciated. Our server J was very attentive. I was disappointed when I asked for a piece of carrot cake to take home. At home i opened the bag and checked to be sure my cake was in it. The bottom half of the cake was missing and crumbled in the bottom of the container. We were charged almost 10.00 for this and didn’t even receive a full slice of cake. Disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic. The pancakes were so so so good. And the desert was sinful in the best way possible. The entire culinary experience is something you have to just do firsthand. The service was also top notch too—Desiree took great care of us. An absolute 5/5 family fun experience but I can also see it being a fun place to take your significant other out to on a date.

Had a great lunch here. Leo was our server and he was awesome. We got seated quickly. Waters brought to the table right away. Leo was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful when we were deciding between different options. J was serving that day as well and helped out when they were busy. Both were extremely friendly and made our dining experience fun. The food came out quickly and was served hot. Food was delicious and plentiful.

Amazing food and outstanding service! Our experience was truly special thanks to our waitress, J, who was extra, extra extraordinary. She made us feel completely at home and was incredibly helpful with the menu and food recommendations. We came in with our sonogram, and she celebrated the moment by bringing out a cute “It’s a boy,” which absolutely made our day. Her kindness and thoughtfulness turned a great meal into a truly memorable experience.

We had Jessica as our waiter and she was great. Hopefully next time we come back we can get her again. The French onion soup was perfect n could been more hotter. The French fried were tasty. The pancakes were spot on. The milkshake was a good. I will be back.
